Even though the store closed at 9pm, the clerk locked the doors at 8:54 and refused to let me in to make a simple purchase. I called them prior to arrival and spoke with the clerk to put the item aside because I was traveling a long distance to reach that store. Total neglect of customer service. I've been here many times before and never had a problem with the staff and they seemed to be friendly.
