MAVS strives to provide the best training for male and female volleyball players in the entire Heart of America Region. This includes nationally recognized teams as well as locally and regionally recognized teams. MAVS wants to promote the sport of volleyball and allow players to meet their individual goals as well as team goals. As a year-round volleyball club we will continue to develop, implement and evaluate playing opportunities while maintaining the highest level of standards for coaches and players in all programs. MAVS believes volleyball promotes not only physical development but the development of sportsmanship, teamwork, friendship and a family based environment. Mid-America Volleyball strives to maintain outstanding relationships with its partners, both individual and corporate, and provide players and families opportunities to be involved in their communities through philanthropic endeavors.

Parents, This is a reminder of the recruiting rules and I want to make sure MAVS follows the requirements that have been set by the Heart of America Region. It is extremely important that we keep the utmost integrity for the MAVS KC because it is imperative to set the right example for all players involved. Nothing is more important than teaching the right values and mission of this club.
For all current MAVS players, no one outside of our club can speak to you or your daught...er before July 9th. If that has happened, you need to report it directly to HOA. If you do not self-report this type of contact, here is the violation that could go against your daughter stated directly from HOA.
Player Violation 1st Violation PLAYER IS PROHIBITED FROM PARTICIPATING IN ANY USAV OR HOA EVENTS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CURRENT SEASON AND THROUGH JANUARY OF THE UPCOMING SEASON. NOTE: If the violation does not come to light until after the regular club season and the player is enrolled in the NEW club when the violation due process is completed, then that player may NOT participate in any USAV/HOA practice or tournament through January of the following season.
