I am so pleased with the quality and professionalism from everyone I dealt with at Maui Windows and Doors. I got more than I expected. Communication with their team was responsive and respectful. Their team was reliable, trustworthy, and committed to getting the job done to expectations.

This company has bad business practices as you can see from these other poor reviews. We have experienced much of the same, they don't respond to your repeated emails and phone calls and leave you hanging after you have purchased a product from them. They will be rude and negative when you need them to complete their job/contract. We ordered custom doors from them. It was in the contract for installation and now they say they " won't install them". We don't even know yet if the measurements are correct. Other reviews have said the measurements were wrong when it comes to install. We are not carpenter's that's why we hired what we thought were experienced professionals to replace our doors. They sold us these doors which we patiently waited for and had to find our own wood finisher's to stain it and now they tell us to "Find a Handyman" to install them. They are just interested in the commission and don't care about burning a customer.

Called and set up an appt for a quote. Had a man come out and measure all of our 4 windows and slider. They charge for someone to come out and measure. I think it was $40-$50. Tried calling 5 times, leaving a message for Rudy who never called back. Ever. So they basically took my fee with no intention of doing business with me. My neighbor also got work done from them recently and they installed her screen wrong and still have yet to come fix it for her. (it's been almost a year after installation). This company does very bad business and I would recommend taking your money elsewhere!
