Just bought a Medicoil bed from here and LOVE it! Jeff is so beducated lol. I have lower back problems and he recommended the perfect mattress for me. You can't beat the prices here either! Thank you, Jeff! My back thanks you as well!

Great overall service and advice from Jeff. He offers great products at a fair and reasonable price. Jeff even went above and beyond with a customer inflicted issue. This is our 2nd purchase for our family, one mattress and spring for our 5 and 3 year old. Give him a try, no pressure to buy something on the spot.

Jeff was very helpful while we were buying our mattress. We had a lot of questions, and a lot of concerns, and he talked us through all of it very honestly. He was open about the pros and the cons, and very certain to make sure we understood what we were getting ourselves into. We even received a hand written thank you card a few weeks after the purchase. He made the experience of buying a mattress go from miserable to enjoyable.

After trying several big chain stores for a mattress, I found that Jeff provided EXCELLENT service at Mattress To Go. He was able to help me choose the perfect mattress by understanding what I was looking for and working with my budget. I felt he went above and beyond to "Beducate" me on the right mattress. I didn't feel pressured to make any purchases like I felt at other big chain stores. If you are in the market for a quality mattress, I highly recommend going to visit Jeff at Mattress To Go!

I don't usually write reviews, but I just had to this time. The service that we received from Jeff was above and beyond any other place that I have shopped. Jeff was very friendly, and spent a lot of time helping me pick out the perfect mattress. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, and he did a great job educating me on the different mattresses. When we brought home and opened up the box to one of our bases, there was a small hole on the top of the base. With no hesitation, Jeff ordered us a new base. He then drove it to our house, which is 45 minutes away from the store, after he got off work at 8pm one night. He not only set the new one up, but he packaged up the other heavy base and took it away. I love, love, love my new mattress and will definitely be back!!! Thanks Jeff for the amazing service!

The owner knows the more about mattresses than anyone I've ever met (which is evidenced on his YouTube series Beducation). He directed my wife and I to a mattress that he thought might fit us,and boy was he right. Extremely helpful, extraordinarily knowledgeable, nicest guy. I'd recommend to anyone. Only downside is that they don't deliver, but that wasn't much of an issue. He offered to coordinate a delivery service if we wanted, however I opted to take care of it myself.

If the owner was any friendlier I'd probably expect to see him on Unsolved Mysteries or something. Purchased a mattress and box spring from the owner a few years back and he was so nice about helping us out with everything he even strapped it on top of our SUV for us! What a guy! The rest of my mattress shopping experiences are basically me wandering around a store aimlessly, laying on spring mattresses being uncomfortable, and having the salesperson shaking papers to sign in my face about purchasing a $1300 hunk of junk.

I never felt pressured (is that a mattress pun?) but you ought to come here if you're in the market for a mattress and see how positive the experience should be!

I was so happy to find that a national expert in mattresses is located in Shelby Township. The owner Jeff took the time to find a mattress that worked perfectly for us, explaining the differences between what the industry commonly uses and the higher-quality product he recommended for us. We even bought some customizable organic pillows (I didn't know those even existed) and we love them! We had bought a mattress a few years ago from a large department store and it was never appropriate for us. Now we're extremely comfortable and happy.

I just purchased a mattress from him and was impressed by the quality and good service when I bought the mattress, but I am convinced I received a firm mattress even though the tag clearly says plush. I know there is a break-in period, but I don't think it will turn plush from that, else the foam will be mush if it has to degrade that much in a month.

I went back to ask, politely to see if it was just me and the one we tried in the store felt plush. There was a slight difference in materials in the tags, but the model number was the same.

He seemed more concerned about his sales terms than making sure everything was feeling ok with the mattress for us.

I am not trying to make him look bad, but when you pay good money for a mattress to have a nice one, you want to be sure you got what you ordered. If there is a mistake, I am sure it isn't his fault, because he doesn't make the mattress. But I want to at least be kind enough to let him know that it felt quite firm when we were expecting something close to what it felt like in the store.

I will update this post in a month, but me and my wife both doubt it will soften up to how it was in the store. Worse case we will have to buy a topper for a new "plush" mattress, when it feel like a rock.

I can only guess at what can be wrong with our mattress, cause maybe they mixed up the foam layersor switch the tagsomething You can't tell without cutting the mattress open, and that would void a warranty It is flat at least and better than the floor.

He doesn't offer delivery services, so you have to bring this deal in your own car or truck.

I like to support local guys over art van, cause those places suck out your soul and humanityhopefully the mattress softens upI asked him how long it would take and he only gave me a bunch of defensive answers without answering the question

He was offended when I double checked the store mattress tag to my own, so I think he knows something is wrong or he thinks I am making something up, but you can't change how it feels right now. It is not right.

If you decide to buy a mattress from this place, make sure you don't sign anything until you try out the one you bought in the store and make him rewrap itcause if something doesn't feel right when you get home, you are on your own at that point.
