  This is the worst hotel in the world to stay at the owner is horrible and nasty and also the front desk. The rooms are no bigger then closet you got pay $50 air,$50 for microwave and fridge,$30 for phone. Toilet stopped up for two days , fuse kept blowing I don't recommend my worst enemy to stay at this place PLEASE BE AWARE PLACE FROM HELL

  It's a unique quality hotel! In the European Style. The staff is VERY friendly and ensure you have a nice quite stay, no calls or visitors allowed without your authorization, won't eve acknowledge your stay with permission. Very nice stay, very competitive price. Better price for downtown location than others by half the price.

  I greatly enjoyed my stay at the hotel in March 2016. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quiet. It was so fun riding in the elevator, thinking of all the people over the many many years that also rode in the same elevator.The restaurants that the staff recommended in the area where great, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Richmond!!
