  Mary was a delight to work and made purchasing our dream home in Port St. Joe easy. She took care of everything and communicated the process every step of the way. As an out-of-state buyer she fully explained the neighborhoods and made meaningful suggestions that were instrumental in finding the right home.   Used Mary last year for help in purchasing our dream home near the beach. Fantastic service and an area expert. -I highly recommend.   Mary Blackburn is an amazing realtor! We thought the deal on the purchase of our "dream beach house" had fallen through but Mary was persistent, creative and a great deal-maker. The end result was a "win win" for both the buyers and sellers. Others may have given up but Mary's know-how, market knowledge and exceptional people skills saved the day.   Mary is exceptional to work with and I highly recommend her. She helped us sell our condo in a market that was just recovering. Mary did a great job balancing the realistic expectations of the market with what we were hoping to get for our place. She was with us every step of the way giving us regular updates and solid information. It would be hard to find someone with more integrity, honesty and drive to help her clients. I can't recommend her enough. If you are looking to buy a place or sell and you need a real estate agent, your search is over. Pick Mary and you won't look back.

  Mary was effective in pricing and selling my property. She assisted me each and every time I needed information and/or handholding. I was not on site so quite a bit fell to her. She handled problems and concerns promptly.
  I certainly appreciated her professionalism; even more, I found her personal skills exceptional.
