DO NOT USE THIS POOL SERVICE
VERY RUDE.
HAS NO IDEAL HOW TO CARE FOR POOL WATER
I used the company for 1 month from April 2023 to May 2023 I had an issue when i questioned why my pool water had a terrible smell I was told that he would charge me $95. for him doing a service call, I questioned why do i have to pay a service call for you to check my water when his company is the one who adds chemicals, he responded via text "We will not be servicing you pool any longer". This told me that he has no idea how to care for pools, He messed up my pool and did not take responsibility for his actions. Terrible customer service someone like this should not be in business.. if you care about your pool and hard earned money DO NOT pay this guy for pool service.report this review
