Carpet was good. Installation wasn't the best had to reschedule because they were 2 hours late. No real empathy on Martins part. Feel that promptness and timing are important. Had to have furniture and house out of sorts for 3 more days because we weren't important enough to be on time.

Martins Interiors made and installed blinds for 11 Windows for me. I'm extremely pleased with the professional job they did. Compared to the price their competitors gave me, their price was the most fair and reasonable. I would be pleased to recommend them to anyone.

First off the work was great. The pricing is the issue. I was given an estimate up front and I accepted the estimate. There were 2 gentlemen here for about 2 hours give or take. When I got the bill it was equal to the estimate I got but it was broken down into labor and materials. I was charged for 8 hours of labor when the gentlemen were only here for 4. My thinking is that when we discussed the job up front I told them there would be a certain amount of work. When the gentlemen did the work they decided on their own, due to their expertise, that some of the work I thought needed done didn't need to be done. I accepted their word as they are the experts. I inquired about a reduction to the bill due to the labor being less due to the work being less and as you can guess there was no reduction. The gentlemen told the owners they worked 4 hours each when they only worked 2.
