I have trained with Jeff Gears for 25 years and he is a great teacher and person. My two oldest children received their 2nd degree black belts with him and I highly recommend him.
i started kickboxing not realizing how intense it can be, but intense in a good way. the first 15 minutes is the toughest but worth every second. i feel sore the next day knowing i got in a great workout. it is very easy to motivate yourself while your in there and there are alternatives for some moves incase youre physaically un able to do sertain things without being judged.the staff is wonderful they take the time to teach you or help you if youre stuck. they are very motivating, fun and care that you get your workout done in a safe manner. i cant wait to go back tomorrow!
Kickboxing has always been something that i wanted to try, but never thought i would have time to do it. All though out my younger life I was really active playing many different sports. But when i started college my fitness came to a stop. I tried the whole gym thing but it just didn't seem like i was any results. So i stopped going and did what many others do when they get to college: school, work, hanging out with friends, repeat. But i finally decided that it was time to do something with my healthy and decided to try kickboxing and see if i would like it. I went to Ilovekickboxing (Toledo) and fell in love with it. It's only an hour long but i can feel the results already, and for anyone with a busy schedule like me the different hours that they offer through out the day is great.
I Love Kickboxing Toledo is such a great workout. Great instructors and music to keep you going. I lost 8lbs in my first month and I always feel great after class! If you hate boring workouts you have to try this.
I joined i love kickboxing about 2 months ago and could not be any more happy. Every single class gives you the best workout you will every get. Not only is it intense, but all of the instructs have such a high energy that they make it fun and make you want to go.
