Martha's quaint and atmospheric vibe makes it an ideal location for a quiet lunch. Starting with their soup de jour and the raclettte, both dishes seemed freshly made while their sandwiches were fantastic and possessed a homemade quality you don't find at larger restaurants. 10/10 would try again.
Food is always great and the staff friendly and attentive. If they have it must try the watermelon gazpacho. I know it sounds odd but seriosly awsome!
We walked in and felt we were interrupting their conversation. Then their Barista didn't know how to make a caramel latte! The hostess was nice but the prices weren't worth the quality of drinks.
I went for lunch with a few others and we were all impressed with the atmosphere, service, and food. While I wouldn't say the sandwiches are cheap, I think they are worth the price. Each of our plates were more than enough and oh so delicious. The homemade soups were satisfying and special grilled cheese with local cheese was something else. Yum. They offer homemade gluten free bread, which I ordered on my sandwich. It was moist, flavorful, and a bread like consistency (I say this as many g-free breads are dry, taste like cardboard, and or fall apart in one touch). We had a great time in their cozy farmhouse atmosphere. We will be back!
Food was good. Very expensive for a breakfast place. For my wife and I we ended up around $35 out the door. Other better values in the area.
It was good, not great food. Great service but, very very noisy. Perhaps over rated a bit.
Food was super cooked to perfection. Good portion sizes. Ate dinner and came back for an amazing breakfast
We had dinner in August there and it was wonderful. The restaurant is nicely furnished. The exterior includes an outdoor dining area with very nice landscaping and lighting. The wait staff were efficient and attentive without being overbearing. A decent wine selection. They had music there as well and it was delightful.
We both shared the Walleye as we saw how large it was at a neighboring table. They were kind to split the meal for us. It was served with a nice local white wine, and homemade bread. The food was excellent and better than we expected. Highly recommended.
I love the ambiance and wait staff, but the food has seen better days. The main side dish is a potato that has been a staple for years. Time to try rice or pasta. I had s salmon fish and it was tough and didn't seem fresh.5 stars for the vibe and 3 for foot
Great food and even better service.
Our favorite spot for a nice breakfast or dinner on the Leelanau Peninsula. Delicious food using locally sourced products; beautiful European style desserts. Nice patio seating. Great specials during the off- season too.
My favorite in Sutton's Bay! The atmosphere and food is beyond great!
The Cuban sandwich and their French onion soup are to die for! Such amazing food but it is a little pricey. Highly recommend the extra few bucks for the quality
Good food and coffee. More unique than your typical breakfast joint. Highly recommended.
