  Unfortunately, high hopes but a very unpleasant experience and really poor and unorganized customer service. Purchased a brand new Kubota tractor AND mower - which was delivered mostly ungreased, loose bolts and nuts, no color coding on any of the hydraulics, chute would not turn with hydraulic rotation... bottom line untested prior to leaving the shop. Was told we can use the loader with snow hitch, NOT true at all. Requested to keep the equipment and have someone come out to go through it all at our place and they refused - took equipment back. VERY unprofessional. I would absolutely steer clear and beware.

  I had a bx25 I bought used 4 years ago. Corey treated me as good as any customer buying a brush hog and service supplies. I traded it in for a B2650 with loader, back hoe, and belly mower. I was told the back hoe was two weeks out. Two weeks later it was in. Today I bought a bigger brush hog and they went over my machine to make sure everything was ok, then hooked up the brush hog and answered every question I had about it. The service dept took care of everything and the salesman Corey went above and beyond.

  Very dishonest. They think they can make there own prices for repairs. They were saying things needed to be replaced that didn't.

  Went to purchase a kubota BX 23 in may, ended up actually trying to buy a B2650 with a few extras. All and all the sales manager was good salesman. I was told spend 30k get the tractor in 2 week. All the proper paperwork done approved etc. 2 weeks go by no tractor, I reach out the backhoe is backordered. Ok how long? Was told that they had 4 on order since April. Would have been good to know in May when I attempted to buy one. From that point a bunch of B.S. was fed to me about it's kubota fault not the dealers. Ok so how long... still no actual answer. 2 months go buy I still have no tractor, have not been given any real info, now I'm done and went elsewhere. Don't waste your time here. I lost 2 month's of work. Thanks for absolutely nothing but a ding on my credit. This was the marshal machinery swiftwater pa.

  Was in a pinch and called up these guys. They found the part I needed and went out of their way to answer all the questions I had and then some. Price was a little more but it is OEM and I needed the part that days so it was worth it.

  If I could rate Marshall Machinery with 0 stars I would. We picked up a used machine from them and was told a hydraulic leak would be fixed. We used the machine one time and it leaked everywhere. They wanted us to drive the machine 4 hours (each way) back to them to have it fixed. When we told them we would not make that rip they wrote us a check for what they determined would be fair. We brought the machine to Bobcat and found out the leak was caused by several problems and the bill doubled, after calling Marshall Machinery we were told they didn't believe the leak was caused by those things and refused to pay the bill for it after owning the machine about a week. This company is awful to deal with, I wish I never purchased anything from them and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
