I really liked the idea of this mobile vet however they were so very expensive In the estimate they sent me it would have costed me over$700 for my 2 dogs to have a visit and that’s just Bonkers to me I’m gonna stick with House Paws 🐾

Dr. Forsythe and her tech were so kind when we had to say goodbye to our baby Magoo. It was an incredibly sad but peaceful experience to say goodbye to him at home where he felt no stress or under bright lights or in a hard carrier but in his daddy's arms when he took his last breath

We were in the unfortunate situation of hiring Marmalade for their in-home euthanasia service for our sweet old lady, Clover. Dr. Forsyth and Hallie were incredible. Their experience with grieving as well as the gentle, loving way they handled Clover's last moments were so, so appreciated by my husband and I. A clay paw print and tin of Clover's fur were free of charge. And they sent a follow up card by mail to express sympathies again. We'll definitely be considering using Marmalade again. Thank you for your wonderful empathy in assisting in that final goodbye.

The doctor went to the wrong address, was a half hour late. She was very disorganized and couldn’t provide an itemized Bill to hours later. Then even later the vet tech calls and says they forgot to tell us about a blood test that would be an additional charge, and the test is necessary in order for my dog to get the prescription she needs for her pain medicine. I’m showing no pricing in this review, because this is in no way a complaint about pricing. It’s about the lack of professionalism. I almost forgot she clipped the dogs nails in our kitchen and left them on the floor. Just extremely disappointed, I was really hoping to have a reliable mobile vet, as it is very traumatic for my dog to visit the vet, and I really hoped this was going to be a good alternative to putting her through that.
The next day after requesting a follow up call from the doctor. They called my wife and said they were upset because they were lost. And refused to take care of the follow up on our dog and stated we would be better suited finding another veterinarian. Then apologized for leaving the nail clippings all over the floor.
Highly unprofessional, and would not recommend to anyone.response / report this review -

A year ago we thought we were going to lose our 4yr old rottweiler Maxx. Dr Forsythe and her team gave us our boy back. Maxx looks forward to each and every visit and it is a pleasure when they come to our home for a checkup. Always professional, knowledgeable and very thorough.
