Jim and Cassidy are AWESOME. My wife and I wanted a ring so bad and after being turned down everywhere else, Jim got us the ring we wanted and he made sure we left with it, they are awesome and super nice. Would reccomend.
Bought a ring, which we had blue diamonds exchanged for two of the stones. The ring was not ready by the promise date, and then we were told (about a week later) that they were out of blue diamonds. and could be 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months before they were in. So I went to the store and asked for a refund. They refunded the cost of the original ring but not the cost of the blue diamonds. So I'm out over $300 now. I'd give them a 0 star if I could.
Great place for quality jewelry and the sales associates are great. Will continue my business with them as usual.
We brought a watch in the day after Christmas to have the battery replaced. Since we bought the watch here, we never considered there would be an issue with them replacing a battery. The man that replaced the battery assured us he knew what he was doing, he clearly did NOT. He gouged the back of a very expensive Bulova watch. The watch had to be sent to Bulova for repairs. The manager assured us she was rushing the repair and it would be about 2 weeks. A month later the watch came back from Bulova missing a piece. Back to Bulova it goes, again rushed. Three weeks later we called the store and were assured it had shipped and would be in the store within a few days. A week and a half later we call the store again and they tell us its not there and they don't have any information to give us. We have taken engagement photos, been to formal events and are now going on vacation with formal events all without the watch. Marks and Morgan's only response to this is to refund us for the battery and to say that the man has been fired and they have a new manager and will have to look further into it as they didn't know what was going on. They have offered NOTHING to us for the aggravation. Don't use this store. We recommend Lamon's right near the mall, they have fixed what other jewlers have broken and know you by name every time you walk in.
Misleading and rude dishonest customer service reps! I bought my wife a 4,500$ ring with the understanding that for ever so much I spent I earned 300 points. By the way the points have very fine print that isn't relayed to you. So don't plan on using your useless 300 points which I had 1,500 accumulated that saved me about zero dollars. Also don't buy into the zero interest for one year because it's only valid with 20% down which again wasn't relayed to me by the sales associate. I've watched about 5 to 7 different associates come and go so they can never honor what the last associate told my wife and I. I recently bought a 2,000$ Movado watch which was promised to have a screen protector over it which could be removed when we felt it was wore but the store is so dim light you can't see. To say the least I got home the screen was scratched so deeply and it had never been out of the box. I immediately brought it back and was told that I scratched the watch driving home with it inside of the box with the invisible screen protector on it and it would have to be sent to Movado to be repaired and now it's been 5 weeks and the watch is still not back. One last thing I loved shopping at this store and I truly and deeply hate to post this but honesty is the key to good customer servive. So I would advise going elsewhere and I don't have any suggestions. I just wanted to share our experiences with Marks and Morgan with all new comers. I wish you better than myself if you choose them as your jeweler.
Similar experience to Alisha. My fiance found a ring that she wanted, but it wasn't in stock. She asked for some information to get it approved to send to this location. At no point was a credit card mentioned, but it arrived in the mail a few weeks later despite the transfer of the ring not being approved. I now get weekly offers for a credit card from Capital One, which is quite obnoxious. Be wary around these salespeople.
The store had one other customer inside. He was being helped by one associate. The other four were too busy staring at the walls to help me. One greeted me from behind the computer: "Hey buddy, how's it going." And returned to what he was doing. I window shopped for maybe 5 minutes before leaving, frustrated.
Me and my boyfriend went to Marks and Morgan to look at engagement rings. We were treated nicely, but kept feeling more pressure than we like. We found a ring that we liked and the saleswoman said well' we can do a quick "pre approval" to see what your payments would be it's a no commitment process', so we did it. 2 weeks later after a couple harassing phone calls about when we are coming back, we recieved an actual CREDIT CARD. Do not get tricked into this. Also we had decided not to do business with them anyway because the saleswoman also lied about the logistics of the ring. We WILL NEVER be doing business with them again.
