  As 2018 comes rolling in, so begins year 4 of my real estate venture. With a new year comes new goals, new clients, new friends, and new experiences. Purchasing my first home last year, sitting on the other side of the table for a change, allowed me to experience exactly how it feels on the buyer's side. I went through the ups and downs, the excitement of the search, and the stresses of getting the home from contract to close. I have a new found appreciation for the process and I want to be able to share with my clients the perfect road map to getting to that settlement table. Over the purchasing period, it will become difficult and stressful at times, but, never forget the end result of having that home to call your own.
