  These guys are amazing, I never write reviews on google but they really deserve it. JD took care of my order that was in a rush, as they didnt have one of the pumps I asked for he sent me a used one for free and later he sent me the new one without shipping cost. Amazing customer service and good price for original volvo parts.

  I've ordered parts from them twice. Slow to ship twice. Both times I paid for a premium shipping service to get it to me faster and twice the part shipped seven days after I ordered it.

  These folks are good! Friday, 4:00 pm, called them, spoke with JD, looking for a part for an ancient Volvo sailboat diesel. Told him I was unclear which part I needed based on the schematics. He found what he thought I needed. It was different then what I thought I needed. And naturally a rush need by me so express shipping necessary. Bottom line here, to keep it short. He found a used part, I could pick up. To ship overnight, $80.00, - car trip, cost about the same, so by mid day NEXT DAY, done is done. Great!

  They lost our business from Australia due to there non conformance when purchasing a part from there, paid for it on line in Novemeber 2015 and after no satisfaction and multiple emails JD Neeson would not return emails or phone calls so I had no choice but to put the Commonwealth bank detectives on to them and my money will be refunded.
  A hopeless business as you can tell by google earth where they operate from a busted arse farm property.
  
  Do not use this business for sourcing Volvo Penta or any other marine parts.

  Don't call near lunch time.. they lost my business because they wouldn't finish the conversation with me until after their lunchtime. I was ready to buy... a significant purchase.
