  She does not return phone calls she does not follow up she misses hearings and in general causes more stress than the matter she is hired to do. And when you do get her on the phone she always has an excuse for her behavior. I have been her victim and have seen work that she failed to complete.

  My wife hired Marina R. Taylor for our uncontested divorce.
  I never met with Marina R. Taylor but my wife met her multiple times. My wife handed me a Marital Settlement Agreement. The agreement was written up to take all my fatherly rights away. I would have been awarded 16% time sharing a year for my 3 children 3,5,8yrs old plus pay $1000 a month in child support plus one child’s daycare at $600, I make $3,500 a month. My wife handed Marina R. Taylor my most recent pay stub to calculate child support. How’s that work? The paycheck was for 40 hrs. Marina R. Taylor then asked for a different paycheck with overtime??? Finally they said let’s just write the figure of his whole paycheck and see if he signs it.
  My wife “Nurse Practitioner worked in Oncology”
  Marina is “Ex Nurse Practitioner
  Working in Oncology” as Marina’s profile states.
  My wife and Marina wanted me to sign the contract “PRONTO” via FaceTime. I never met my own lawyer “Marina R Taylor” Never talked to her.
  NOTE! I then found a PDF file highlighting areas, rewording the verbiage. Marina and my wife working together, my wife asking Marina how to manipulate the parenting plan so it would sound “legal” which chipped away at my rights as a father.
  NOTE! It wasn’t even the parenting plan model that can be downloaded for free on county clerk of courts which puts both parents at 50/50 then the parents add to them agree or disagree.
  “16% father visitation a year”.
  
  Think about it long and hard before you hire Marina, make sure every correspondence, email, text, phone call, must equally presented to both parties starting out at 50/50. If you’re a man that doesn’t want a single life, you’re a man that wants a to be a father and grasp every moment with his children. STAY clear of Marina
  A written parenting plan and marital settlement agreement was furnished to me. Can’t make this up.

  Mrs. Taylor is amazing, as a parent fighting for custody and getting divorced not knowing the rules or what to do she took the time to sit down and explain it in normal terms. She answers my questions concerns and in a timely matter. I would recommend her to anyone Especially if your in the same position as me . And she doesn't over charge like other lawyers.

You were such a blessing to my family and I would definitely highly recommend Ms. Taylor to anyone looking for an attorney that knows the law.

  I have so many bad things to say about working with Marina Taylor through my divorce that I can’t even begin to compose my thoughts. Please just spare yourself. I had to call other attorneys in the area to help with free consults and their free 10 minutes was more useful than weeks trying to get Marina Taylor to answer a call or email. Hire one of those attorneys… it will save you loads of headache and money.
