We ate at Zafiro's. My wife and I both enjoyed our meals. Really enjoyed the movie. We also like the reclining seats and ample leg room. Very nice way to spend a snowy Sunday afternoon!! A+++

All fantastic, the new heated lounge seats are great, love the bar and food service, and I am a huge fan of the reserved seating. Only complaint is the insane concession prices. Sneak in your own soda or be prepared to pay like $8.00 for one.. personally, I can't stomach a 1,600% mark-up

We go here because it is closest to our house. The day staff at the ticket counter and the man who takes our tickets are always very nice. We actually learn something new each visit from the ticket taker (He gets 5 Stars).

The theatre chairs are dirty and you see this once you pop them open. Found out when my daughter dropped something and we needed to use our cell phone light to retrieve said item. My kids were so grossed out, me too, I had to get paper towels from the restroom to clean out the seats.

The manager working that day (Feb. 16th) did not seem concerned when I mentioned the gross seats to him after he asked me how everything was going.

We have only gone to movies before 3pm during the week and it has not been crowded. We will go back.

5 Dollar Tuesdays are awesome and if you're in their movie club you also get a free small popcorn on Tuesday. I believe this is true at all Marcus Cinema's not just the north shore location. It's super busy on Tuesdays though so buy in advance or show up earlier in the day. Seats are comfortable, screens a big and the sound is great. Great experience overall every time I go.

My granddaughter and I attended a 1030am showing of "Black Panther", on $5 Tuesday. We had comfortable reclining seats, a clean theater with a good natured audience. Great atmosphere and ample parking made it a good experience. I would advise you to get your tickets for any movie online, that way you can pick your favorite spot early. And no long lines. Zaffiro's and the usual theater food is available, however I "import" my own wink,wink. Have a good time!

This theater is one of the best that I've been to. All the theaters here have power reclining leather seats which they call Dream Loungers. It makes the whole movie experience more comfortable, as if you're at home. The full service restaurant here, Zaffiro's, has a great menu where you can order food and drinks that you can bring with you into the theaters. Prices are very reasonable and the staff was very friendly. The service at Zaffiro's was excellent. There is plenty of parking although some of the parking is hard to find since it wraps around the east side of the building. The property is well maintained and well lit at night. Overall it's a great place to take the family or just for a date night.

They have these recliners in every theater. They are awesome!! You might think it would take away from the closeness of who you came with and it kind of does. You can't lean on each other or be as close but the comfiness is incredible.

Prices are good in comparison to some theaters; concessions not included in ticket price; good variety of movies playing. Seats are extremely comfortable. 👍👐

Comfortable seats. Projector bulb was overdue for replacement. Dark scenes were much darker than the same scenes in the trailer I saw online online. Location: Northshore, movie: The Big Sick, date/time: July 11th - 11:15am showing. Projectors should be checked periodically.

Clean theaters, all seats recline. Staff is friendly and the prices are fair ($5 Tuesdays are great). Excellent movie theater.

I do get free popcorn cause am a member.
The place is very clean and beautiful, not much noise, the staff are well manned.

Visited this establishment during my visit with family and had a great time! We came during the week and there was a deal on movie tickets and the concessions weren't extremely overpriced like other places I've been. The concessions were still a little pricey but not terrible. We will definitely be visiting again!
