They clearly have no interest in returning business.had a driver side door window reset and now the door panel is falling off and they have the gumption to tell us that they cant fix it at no charge, basically said "we don't know what to tell youEvery since we purchased the car through Marcums Used(and most likely piece of crap) auto sales our car has basically been falling apart all the interior fail apart and simple fixes like brake shoes can't be accomplished with their mechanic with out major issue resurfacing after a weekevery issue is the customers fault and after purchase is complete you are no more important to them than the crap that treads on the bottom of their shoesWORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.yeah go here if want a "CHEAP!!!!" car that they don't want to support.
