  Today my husband and 9 year old daughter visited this store for a piece to repair our toilet. I was not with them at this visit. When I returned home my daughter was concerned about what had taken place.
  
  My husband had went to the big box store because we live closer and was having difficulty so reverted to the old faithful true value.
  
  The owner of the store was called to plumbing to assist my husband. What took place at that point was concerning. My husband explained what happened and the "owner " starts to scream at him about going to the big box store to save .50 and how he for closed on his house for that store and on and on and on. Followed him to the register to continue his banter and then out of the door as my husband AND 9 yr old daughter proceeded to leave.
  
  The fact that I grew up in Maple and this has always been our families go to store and when I moved to Cleveland continued to be a go to store for us. This is frustrating.
  
  My daughter had to witness a 20 minute shouting match and pure disrespect. We will NEVER go back. And are asking that our family and friends not visit either.
