  Let me start by saying I’ve never retained a lawyer in my life and was clueless. I learned that the search for a personal injury lawyer after you’ve been assaulted and traumatized is a daunting experience. It was the last thing I wanted to be doing while going through the pain and trauma…
  It’s so hard because you don’t know who to trust and/or have faith in in such a sensitive matter and difficult time. You only hope that you make the best decision and get an outcome that you can be satisfied with.
  I searched many personal injury lawyers websites for the state of Maine. But it was this bit of writing that captured my attention:
  “Run by women doing things differently. Free, easy injury advice. We help put the pieces of your life back together.” And the fact that they promote a family feeling also helped. I wanted to be important to them and not just a number and the video on the website sold me into giving her a try.
  So I called to set up a free consultation with Chrissy. My husband and I had our consultation with Chrissy and Robin and immediately knew by her caring, kind and comforting demeanor that she was the lawyer for me! She was personable, likable and approachable and not stuffy like some lawyers. They made us feel seen and heard. So we hired her right then and canceled the other consultations. I could tell she’d be a pit bull to the insurance companies from the knowledge and experience she has.
  It’s been a long journey (18 months) but I wouldn’t have wanted to take the ride with anyone else but Chrissy and Robin. They are amazing at what they do… They both returned my phone calls and emails very quickly, most of the time within a few hours or at least the same day.
  In the beginning everything was so overwhelming and when we spoke they made me feel so comfortable that it would lead to me getting emotional and they would be so understanding and patient with me. Also telling me “if you need someone to talk to just call us we’re here for you”. That’s when I felt like family. They helped me navigate every part of the injury case, even working with my Workers Compensation lawyer when needed. They kept me informed at every juncture of my case. If it was a complicated legal portion or wording they would explain it a few times if I needed and never made me feel bad or stupid about it. Following up with an email that reiterated everything we had spoken about. I found that to be very helpful so I could understand it more and to also reference it if needed. Sometimes they’d randomly call or email just to check in and see how I was doing. From the start of the journey I’ve felt like I got kicked in the head at every turn (by the criminal justice system, workers comp, employer, injuries sustained, etc) and dealing with Chrissy and Robin were my only bright spots during the 18 months. I was excited when they called, I wasn’t thinking “oh great it’s the lawyer”. They always made time to ask how my family and I were doing or how things were going and to add their bit of banter and charm to the conversations making them feel lighter and easier to deal with. Honestly, they made me feel like I was their only client at times. They always had time for me.
  I PROMISE you that you will not be disappointed if you choose Mann Law to represent you. If any family member or friend of mine needs a personal injury lawyer in the future I absolutely will send them to Chrissy and her team!
  I feel very blessed and grateful to have found such wonderful representation. She said to me a few times “I’m all about being fair and honest with my clients”and I can assure you that she kept to her word 100%.
  Now that my case has been negotiated and is over-with I will miss my chats with them both. They will always feel like family and have a special place in my heart. I fully intend on keeping in touch with them.

  Christiane Williams helped me with an insurance claim for a personal injury. She made an unfortunate situation so much easier to navigate. I think I would have been lost without her help. She adeptly handled every detail from start to finish, and was able to secure a fair settlement while keeping me in the loop. Above all she is honest and real, qualities I value.   Chrissy Mann is committed to raising the bar when it comes to what clients can expect from a lawyer. As my entire family was in a car accident, I had the unique experience of having each member of my family represented by a different attorney. Throughout the experience, Chrissy’s expertise and frequent communication far exceeded our expectations and experiences with other firms.
  
  Completing medical treatment and settling a case can be a very long process. From our first meeting, Chrissy made sure I understood what to expect and kept me informed about what was going on. It was clear that she has supported many clients who are trying to parent children, return to work, and maintain personal relationships while healing. Many of our phone calls about the case ended as a conversation with a trusted friend. I couldn’t have gotten through it without her support.
  
  When it came time to settle, Chrissy did the work up front that ended in our being able to settle out of court. She was aggressive in making my case heard in mediation, and it was obvious that she is well liked, and respected by her peers in the industry. I couldn’t have been happier with the result.   I have so much appreciation and gratitude for Chrissy and her practice. My 3 year old son and I were in an awful accident caused by another person. There were physical injuries to recover from but the emotional trauma of fearing for my son was overwhelming. It was a huge relief to turn over the weight of medical bills and dealing with the insurance companies to Mann Law. We were able to focus on our healing and recovery. They even saved me from a needless surgery and supported me through finding a doctor who provided better care. How's that for above & beyond lawyering!
  
  When it came time to reach a settlement with the insurance company, Chrissy and her team were excellent leaders to guide us through that process. This was a big relief during this challenging time. She led us in the most supportive way- explaining things so clearly, having plenty of time, being so knowledgeable of the process, quick to respond with communications, holding space for the trauma. Chrissy advocated for us to reach a settlement where we felt comfortable and we felt our story was heard and understood. Both of these end results were so helpful to the healing process.
  
  I can't recommend Chrissy & Mann Law enough! Chrissy will fight for you, be the shoulder you cry on, get you through the worst time of your life and do it all with the kindest, joy-filled, loving patience imaginable. Thank you!

  When I was in a car accident last year, I had no idea even where to begin. After a family friend recommended Chrissy's office, they handled everything. I never knew it could be so easy! Chrissy and Robin were extremely compassionate and did everything they could to make the process as painless as possible. Not only are they professional but are extremely down to earth and I feel as if they both genuinely cared about my well-being. Their expertise was second to none. Although I hope I will never need a lawyer again, I will NOT hesitate to use Mann Law again if I do!
