In a world of 1-800 law firms, I instead chose Mann Law to represent me in my recent accident. I was struck by a vehicle while riding my bicycle and was severely injured. After reviewing her website , one call to Chrissy Mann and I knew her firm would provide the personalized service I needed to navigate an overwhelming and traumatic experience. Chrissy and Robin are knowledgeable ,experienced and compassionate. They seamlessly handled the legal and insurance aspects of my case, allowing me to focus on my recovery and rehabilitation. At a time like this , it takes a village . So pleased that Mann Law was a part of my team.

Let me start by saying I’ve never retained a lawyer in my life and was clueless. I learned that the search for a personal injury lawyer after you’ve been assaulted and traumatized is a daunting experience. It was the last thing I wanted to be doing while going through the pain and trauma…
It’s so hard because you don’t know who to trust and/or have faith in in such a sensitive matter and difficult time.
I searched many, many, many personal injury lawyers websites. But it was this bit of writing that captured my attention:
“Run by women doing things differently. Free, easy injury advice. We help put the pieces of your life back together.” And the fact that they promote a family feeling.
My husband and I had our consultation with Chrissy and Robin and immediately knew by her caring, kind and comforting demeanor that she was the lawyer for me! She was personable, likable and approachable and not stuffy like some lawyers. So we hired her right then and canceled the other consultations we had also set up.
I could tell she’d be a pit bull to the insurance companies from the knowledge and experience she has. It’s been a long journey (18 months) but I wouldn’t have wanted to take the ride with anyone else but Chrissy and Robin. They are amazing at what they do… They both returned my phone calls and emails very quickly, most of the time within a few hours or at least the same day.
In the beginning everything was so overwhelming and when we spoke they made me feel so comfortable that it would lead to me getting emotional and they would be so understanding and patient with me. Also telling me “if you need someone to talk to just call us we’re here for you”. That’s when I felt like family. They helped me navigate every part of the injury case, even working with my other lawyer when needed. They kept me informed at every juncture of my case. If it was a complicated legal portion or wording they would explain it a few times if I needed and never made me feel bad or stupid about it. Following up with an email that reiterated everything we had spoken about. I found that to be very helpful. Sometimes they’d randomly call or email just to check in and see how I was doing. From the start of the journey I’ve felt like I got kicked in the head at every turn (by the criminal justice system, workers comp, employer, injuries sustained, etc) and dealing with Chrissy and Robin were my only bright spots during the 18 months. I was excited when they called, I wasn’t thinking “oh great it’s the lawyer”. They always made time to ask how my family and I were doing or how things were going and to add their bit of banter and charm to the conversations making them feel lighter and easier to deal with. Honestly, they made me feel like I was their only client at times.
I PROMISE you that you will not be disappointed if you choose Mann Law to represent you. If any family member or friend of mine needs a personal injury lawyer in the future I absolutely will send them to Chrissy and her team!
I feel very blessed and grateful to have found such wonderful representation. She said to me a few times “I’m all about being fair and honest with my clients”and I can assure you that she kept to her word 100%.
Now that my case has been negotiated and is over-with I will miss my chats with them both. They will always feel like family and have a special place in my heart. I fully intend on keeping in touch with them.

Working with Chrissy and Robin and Mann Law after my car accident was nothing but positive surprise after positive surprise. I knew immediately I would need a lawyer to communicate with the insurance companies on my behalf but since these ladies are so ridiculously savvy I got way more from them and my case than I ever expected. I can’t not emphasize enough that this entire experience reminded me over and over how fortunate we are to have lawyers who can handle this stuff for us. And they are the cream of the crop. FIVE STARS ALL DAY.

Chrissy Mann treated my case and the vulnerability of finding myself in the uncomfortable position of needing an injury lawyer with expert hands. She and her excellent colleague Robin gained my trust immediately. I experienced a terrifying slip and fall with complicated medical bills and it was all too overwhelming for me to navigate by myself. She and Robin both had consistent and open lines of communication with me throughout and the case was settled in good time with great results. I am so grateful for her strong and steady understanding of my rights and her advocacy on my behalf. I would recommend Mann Law to anyone, highly!!

I have so much appreciation and gratitude for Chrissy and her practice. My 3 year old son and I were in an awful accident caused by another person. There were physical injuries to recover from but the emotional trauma of fearing for my son was overwhelming. It was a huge relief to turn over the weight of medical bills and dealing with the insurance companies to Mann Law. We were able to focus on our healing and recovery. They even saved me from a needless surgery and supported me through finding a doctor who provided better care. How's that for above & beyond lawyering!
When it came time to reach a settlement with the insurance company, Chrissy and her team were excellent leaders to guide us through that process. This was a big relief during this challenging time. She led us in the most supportive way- explaining things so clearly, having plenty of time, being so knowledgeable of the process, quick to respond with communications, holding space for the trauma. Chrissy advocated for us to reach a settlement where we felt comfortable and we felt our story was heard and understood. Both of these end results were so helpful to the healing process.
