Hannah was a very knowledgeable sales person. I felt pressured at the end of the visit by her general manager. Friendly yet approached with financing without even knowing the terms that were discussed with Hannah. When asked for their best price it never came down a single penny. I checked on the internet and can buy this same vehicle anyplace anytime at about this same price. Knowing this I'm still shopping. The car was close to what I was looking for. Not close enough to purchase. Very impressed with Hannah. Courteous listen ed to our needs and knowledgeable.

I had the delight of working with Josh Beitel when purchasing my new (to me) Dodge Journey today. He was so incredibly accommodating to the point he scoured his inventory finding the perfect vehicle for my family. And then, knowing that I didn’t have a car currently, he drove all the way to Roscoe with the vehicle and let me drive it back to the dealership to test it out. He did his best to work with the financing and getting me the best deal he could. Josh goes above and beyond and accommodates his customers in any way he can. I would highly recommend him and I can say that with confidence as I have known him more than half of my life. He’s always acted with integrity and honesty. Go visit Josh Beitel if you are in the market today!

My wife purchased a car that turned out to have serious issues. Joe insisted we bring the car back so that they could check it out. They provided her with a car to drive for several weeks. During this time Mark their service manager called her almost weekly to keep her informed. The car could not be fixed so Joe told us to pick out another car to make sure she was happy. I can't say enough about how well we were treated. We ended up with a 2016 Ford Fusion which we absolutely love!!!! Thanks Mark and Joe for not just sending us on our way and for going above and beyond to make a bad situation right. We'll be back when it's my turn for a new.

My experience at Manley was excellent. The mechanic Constance repaired my heated seat on the drivers side and it works well. The repair was a fair price for parts and labor. Anyone I talked to who was employed by the dealer was friendly and most helpful. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who needs their car worked on. I can understand why this dealer has been in business as long as it has. They provide excellent service!

Great service. My battery had died over weekend, and it had to be jump-started every time I turned it off. I called Manley's Monday morning, and they had the battery replaced and back in service right awayI didn't even have an appointment. Highly recommended!

Everyone at Manley's was extremely professional, and made me feel special from the moment I dropped off my car. They had a shuttle service to take me home and pick me up, if needed, from my home to pick up my car when it was finished. The driver was extremely courteous, and even asked if there was anywhere that I needed to stop at before being dropped off at home. I was only there for a recall, and no additional services, but every person I encountered at the dealership made me feel like one of their most important customers. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism, courteousness, and their overall outstanding customer service.

Great working with the sales team. They were knowledgeable and helpful. Received fair $$ on trade and a good price on vehicle purchased. I'm a car guy and this was one of the best purchasing experiences in 50 plus years. Thanks Joe H.

I had a really good experience with the sales guy I was working with, his name is Zuhair, Z for short. I bought a 2015 ford escape and got a pretty good deal on it, I think. That was until I got home and realized that I only had one key and one floor mat. The rest of them apparently don't come with used cars, as I was told by the sales manager Brian. I had asked him why I don't have an extra key for my vehicle that I purchased, along with with why I don't have floor mats to my car. His response after the 3rd time I tried calling."oh I've been meaning to call you back, but it's been busy around here with the end of the month." That I understand, but why wouldn't I get an extra key and all of my floor mats. He proceeds to tell me "an extra set of keys and floor mats don't come with a used car," are you kidding me?? How is that even possible that you buy a "used" car (2015) and it doesn't come with floor mats and an extra key. He told me that i would have to buy my own key if I wanted an extra set. Had I realized this before I purchased the vehicle, I would have never bought it from this dealership.
    BE AWARE!!!!

I had a good experience with Manley Motors. My sales person Delilah was very nice and helpful. Joe, the general manager, was also very nice and helpful. They both worked very hard accommodating me in my search for a new vehicle. I ended up with a new Ford Edge Sport and I love it. Thanks Delilah & Joe for all your help. Bonnie DeLacy

Love Manley Motors and my new Ford Edge. This is the second vehicle we have bought her in about a 5 month time period. First, we bought my husband's truck. We were really impressed that even though they didn't have exactly what we wanted on the lot, they found one in Monroe and had it brought down. It was now my turn to get a different vehicle. We looked at other products besides Ford, and kept coming back to the edge. I am picky about what color/options I wanted. No other dealership was willing to even try to find what I wanted. Kerry found one in Ohio and had it brought in! I love it. Rigo was awesome to work with. He answered all of our questions!! The service is great here. No crazy high pressure sales like at other dealerships.

My Father was in the car business for 28 years and after he passed I have always dreaded looking for vehicles through a dealership. I have to say though that Brian (sales Manager) and Ryan (salesman) took very good care of me on this deal. I am located 4 hours away and when I found the Jeep I had been looking for they were super helpful in emailing and texting photos of the areas I had concerns over. Over the phone they walked me through a deposit and a couple of days later I meet them at the Belvidere location and worked personally with Ryan. It was painless and a very pleasant experience. Real people treating customers like real people. I also meet Kerry and Jon while we waited for the Jeep to be cleaned before our dive home and those guys are super cool! Thanks for the Jeep of my Dreams!

I called about my wife and I driving the 30 miles there to test drive a vehicle. I spoke at great length to the person on the phone letting her know I was suffering from a broken hip, but we were really wanting to buy a vehicle we saw there online. I let her know that the test drive was only a formality, and that I was going to go ahead and secure funding for the vehicle from my bank. I told her we would come there in a few hours, but wanted assured the wouldn't drive all that way, with me in pain and crippled, unless the car would be there and ready to drive. She told me several times not to worry, she was talking notes and they would hold the car until I got there to close the deal.

I then contacted my bank, got my loan secured and we loaded my walker into my SUV and my wife and I drove there for the test drive and to finalize the sale.

We arrived for our set appointment and my wife helped me with my broken hip get in. We were told to ask for Brian, so we did, and we were told to take a seat at the nearest desk so I didn't have to stand there with my walker and my wife holding me up. We waited around 20-25 minutes, even though we had a set appointment. Finally Brian, the Sales Manager, came over to us. He introduced himself and confirmed which vehicle we came to drive/purchase. Then he said,"We just sold it about 20 minutes ago."

I laughed thinking he was joking with me because of my broken hip and the fact that I had repeatedly asked about coming all the way there in pain and wanted assurance that the vehicle would be there and waiting. I said, "You're pulling my leg because you read the notes the woman on the phone took and how worried I was."

That's when he repeated that they had just sold the car 20 minutes ago. I again asked if he was joking. He told me he was NOT. They had sold the car while I was sitting there waiting to see it, even though they had set an appointment with me and I was there and had been previously assured that I wouldn't come all the way there with a broken hip without having an opportunity to make a deal.

I was shocked! I don't know if they had lied and the car I wanted was even there and they just used it to lure me there to try to get me to buy some other car or if they really did sell it from under me, but either way it was a dirty deal. I told them so before I hobbled out in my walker. I vowed that anyone who would treat a disabled person like that would never get my business again and that I would warn others

    Steer clear of this place!
