  Don’t do it. Find another company. Any company. We were forced to pay for their errors, poor communication and unprofessional service. The worst company I have encountered in years.

  We found Manke Enterprises through a Facebook group for Coldwater Lake (MI) when looking for a boat lift. We communicated with Neil through text and phone calls, but never in person. We were skeptical due to never seeing the lift first-hand, but Neil was patient while answering our questions and sending us pictures as we requested them. After committing to buy, Neil delivered the lift to us even 400 miles away, as he was delivering something else in our area. When he delivered the lift, he made adjustments based on our boat trailer to ensure we would not have any issues once installed. We were assured that Neil didn’t want any problems for us-even though this was a used lift. Once we installed everything and the canopy cover was in place, we were happy to see that everything was exactly as Neil promised. We appreciate your honesty and integrity throughout this whole process!

  I have tried to reach Mike in sales for over 3 weeks to purchase an electric boat motor lift. The reception was nice, but Mike never returned my calls. I realize this is a very busy time of year for them,, but I still expect respect. I went elsewhere for my motor as they gave me the information I needed on the spot

  I stopped in at Manke yesterday looking for parts for an older Shoremaster dock that I got from a neighbor. This model of dock doesn't show up on the manufacturer's website anymore and while it did appear they might have the parts I needed, there was no photo of them to go by. Neil found me his last two of this discontinued bracket in the back room and sold them to me for about 2/3 the online price (if those even were the correct ones).
  
  In talking to Neil, it is clear that he knows every lineal foot of shoreline in the area.

  A+ Customer service was awesome! I picked up a used replacement winch for my Shoremaster lift. Neil was super helpful walking me though the steps to remove the old one and mount the new one. He even greased it up for me before I left. Fair price and great customer service. I will be back the next time I need parts for my lift.
