  My experience with Jacob was phenomenal. This was my first home loan and Jacob made it flawless. The seller requested for a 21 day closure and believe it or not, Jacob made it happen in less than 19 days. The process on the whole was very smooth and he ensured that I feel comfortable at each and every step of the whole process. He is very patient and highly knowledgeable in his field, and shares them as needed with us, to make us aware of the processes involved. Personally, I felt a lot satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone out there who is looking for a smoother loan approval.

  Buying a home in a sellers market is a challenge. Working with a skilled and experienced loan agent is critical for securing and closing the loan on time. I started working with Jacob Varghese well in advance and his immense experience and contacts with a variety banks and loan options helped me to secure and close the loan on time. It was a pleasure working with Jacob and I would strongly recommend him to any one looking to refinance or purchase a home.

  Recently refinanced our home with Jacob and had a very positive experience. Jacob constantly communicates through every step of the process and keeps you informed which was very assuring. He is always open to questions and very quickly gets back to you and found him very trust worthy. The entire refi cycle was very quick and efficient. Really valued working with Jacob and would definitely utilize his services again and highly recommend to anyone who is in looking to refinance. Thanks Jacob for everything.

  It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Jacob. It was one of the best refinancing experience we have ever had. The process was very smooth. He was on top of the process the whole time. He eased the pain of refinancing by calling and following up with various places when I had busy weeks. Overall a great experience. Would highly recommend.
