  Excellent service! Timely and professional. They were also able to find parts for a discontinued watch. I would recommend them thoroughly!

  Overall satisfied. Waiting room is very small. Paid $380 to replace a crown, stem and tube. Asked for the original parts back but was only given a crown, so who knows if the other 2 parts were replaced. Watch was pressure tested to only 60 ft.
