  In the beginning I had like bringing my dogs, but after an error they made on their end with appts because they over booked one of my dogs, I wasn't able to book any appts because I have missed and cancelled appts. First of all I never missed or cancelled any appts. I rescheduled once or twice and that was all. Now I'm getting blamed on an error they made because they overbooked my dogs appt multiple times and per the Vet doctor they needed to cancel these duplicate appts! Since that they became very rude. I explained to them that was an error in their end but they want to charge me $50 for a deposit for each of my dogs. Then on top of that they not only they treated me like an idiot they also didn't want my sister and my mother to book any appts for their dogs. The problem was with me not with them!! When my sister called to book her dog an appt she also had an issue in booking because the dog lives in NY. I have always made my sister's dog's appt and take him myself when he is in town and for it begin my sister's first time calling there Cecilia (office manager) treated her disrespectfully. I work at the hospital and I know how to treat my patients and our pets are like humans that need to be treated the same. We see patients all over the state and we NEVER turn our backs to them. It shouldn't even matter where the dog is coming from. Be happy that we did like your care at one point. And whats sad is that they have been seeing my sister dog all this time for almost 2 years. Why is it a problem now? To me this was discrimination and that's how I feel. Erica and Cecilia are the rudest people ever. No matter how nice and polite you try to talk to them as two grown adults they still try to bash you. No customer service what so ever. I love Dr Allen and Dr. Schouter and I feel bad that we have to transfer because of them well in other words that's what they want us to do. I do not like those two staff that work there. They did everything in possible to not book any more appts for my mom, sister and I. And use their mistake towards us. Its very unfair. Erica and Cecilia are both very rude, racist and disrespectful!!!
  
  11/21/17: Replying to your response, I understand your rules regarding cancellations but I have not cancelled or missed any appts. Like I have mentioned in my review last week your office booked multiple duplicate appts that needed to be cancelled and re booked correctly, so as that being said your office is putting that fault on me like I was the one cancelling, rescheduling and missing appts and it was really your office that made that mistake. And regarding for my sister and mother, I'm sorry and no disrespect towards you but that is absolutely not true. My sister and I were both told in separate occasions from Cecilia that we are not able to book anymore appts in your office.

  Great place. Very fair prices and they treat your animal like it's there own. They have great hours and usually have openings available. The staff is wonderful and when they say they will call right back they will.

  They're awesome. They're not like other vets we've been to. Each doctor is kind and caring and very well trained. I find their clinical skills to be excellent, and the front office staff is delightful.
  
  Vet care is, as we all know, very expensive. I started searching for a different kind of vet 2 years ago when I was tired of not receiving adequate options for situations we couldn't afford - I understand that many treatments are "best", but at these medical prices we can't always do the ideal. I wanted the information I needed to pick and choose which interventions and treatments were critical and which I could responsibly skip and monitor conditions instead. I LOVE MANCHESTER VET! I would do anything my animals need, but I can't run out of money either. They give me the information I need to make responsible, healthy, educated decisions about my pets' healthcare.

  I love this place. Every single encounter I have had here so far has been so pleasant. The staff is patient, work with your scheduling/financial needs, and they seem to really love my cat like I do. They were so quick to get me into the room with the doctor, and they are quick to get back to me about any concerns. I would highly recommend this place if you want a great experience with your pet!

  I have been a client of Manchester Veterinary Clinic for several years now and have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and facility. Everyone is not only knowledgeable, courteous and professional; but also, compassionate and empathetic. They understand that for many of us, our pets are more than just family members -- they are our four footed spoiled children. Kudos to Dr. B and all her colleagues and staff that make this facility so special!

  We brought our rescue here for her first visit. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted in a friendly, professional manner. The office is very clean, has no odor, and is bright & cheerful! The exam room was bigger then I expected, and gave room for 4 people plus a medium dog. The Vet. Assistant & Vet were very friendly, kind, fun, professional people. They took the time to explain everything, gave plenty of time to ask questions, and we didn't feel rushed at all! Their prices are very reasonable! WE are very happy with this clinic, and very happy for the choice we made!

  I can't say enough about the quality of service we have received! The office staff was warm and welcoming, and actually went out of their way to get us in early by following up on their cancellation list. Our new rescue dog felt right at home--lots of TLC in this establishment, for both the animal and the human parent!
  
  We have seen Dr. Allen twice now, and she is incredible. She takes the time to educate the pet-owner (in fact, she is quite passionate about it!), and she is wonderful with the animals, as is the rest of her team that I've met so far. I fully trust her professional decisions regarding vaccinations, long-term maintenance and care, etc. Additionally, she genuinely cares about our experience at home and pointed us in the right direction with dog training, day care programs, etc. She is even open to discussing healthcare / maintenance routines further via phone so we don't feel rushed in the office.
  
  I have seen my share of veterinarians, and (especially being new to the area) I was worried about finding someone we can trust. How grateful we are to have found this wonderful veterinary clinic! If you want to feel educated, respected, and supported, I highly recommend the team at Manchester Veterinary Clinic.
