  This was my first visit, and my experience was mixed. I ordered a cheese steak, adding sauce and onions. The roll was excellent and fresh, and the meat was perfectly seasoned. The cheese was different than most other steak sandwiches as it was a blend of cheeses.
  
  If the restaurant was judged just on its food, the score would be higher. Unfortunately, the service was lackluster, and it seemed we were a nuisance to the waitress. Perhaps we caught her on an off day or the previous guests were rude, but regardless, we'll likely dine elsewhere next time.
  
  Also, they do not serve pizza or stromboli, despite having about half their menu board and printed menus advertising these selections.

  There cheesesteak tasted fishy. The meat was like old frozen steak ummm. A globb of provolone cheese and the tomatoes and bread in my cheese steak hoagie was soggy. 👎🏻
  They don’t make french fries only bags of Herrs potato chips. Very disappointed I only went here because Yelp gave it positive reviews. Yelp lied‼️
  Never the less me and my fiance left the food on the table after tasting it with disgust, payed for it and left. Steve Steaks are way better‼️

  Has always been the best cheesesteak in Philly. Been going there since the 70’s, and not a thing has changed! No other cheesesteak place comes close. Hidden gem on Belmont Avenue!
