Mama's Fish House

In 1973 Mama’s Fish House was born – Maui’s first fresh fish restaurant. Nestled in a beautiful coconut grove on a secluded white sand beach, this converted beach house restaurant is a memory of old Polynesia on Maui’s North Shore.

Everyday we serve outstanding fresh catch lunches and dinners, with light fare through the afternoons in our elegant bar & lounge. All of our fish is locally caught in Hawaiian waters. Our menus are printed twice daily to credit the local fishermen.

  The 43rd Annual Queen Lili’uokalani Keiki Hula Competition started last night and continues thru Saturday. Pictured above is Hailey Symonds (daughter of Mama's own Chef de cuisine, Harold Symonds) making Maui Proud. My parents would take me there. I’m super excited to be coming back to Hawai‘i.” When asked what he was most excited to experience on Maui (besides playing at the MACC), he stated, “I’m looking forward to going back to Mama’s Fish House. Enjoying the food, and seeing all the action from t...he ocean and the people braving the island, creating such a majestic balance with water sports.
