  It’s that time of the year again Malvern. It’s our annual Haunted House 👻 🏚 and this year it’s a Haunted Asylum. If you dare to enter, we open our doors October 26th, 2019 and again on October 31st, 2019 Halloween night 🎃 the Asylum will be open both days from 7pm-1am. (215 E.   There have been allegations made against a local business, Shampoochies, of animal cruelty. After consultations with a local vet, they believed the injury was preexisting, and caused from an imbedded harness. The Malvern Police Department is investigating the incident further at this time at the request of Shampoochies.

  Tonight, Mayor Weldon and the Malvern City Council presented “The City Council Commendation Award” to: Sgt Clay Coke, Sgt Keith Prince, Cpl. Troy Norton and Cpl. Cj Savage for their investigation of a 2017 homicide. These officers’ team work, attention to detail and commitment to the case, led them to identify and arrest the suspect. Congratulations gentlemen!

  We know everyone is looking forward to the weekend. So while you're out and about, stop by and see us. We will be hosting Coffee With a Cop this Saturday (9-14-19) at Andy's restaurant (1100 E. Page Ave, Malvern Ar 72104) from 7am - 9am. We would love to sit down with you and a cup of coffee. We can talk about what's happening on your street, in the city or we can just drink coffee and chat. We hope to see you there!

  What a great day our officers had, welcoming our Malvern Leopards back to school! Thank you to all of the principals that allowed us to be apart of wishing these kids a great and safe year. From all of us at The Malvern Police Department.
