Friendly host, friendly neighbors. The campground is set up with full services: electric, water, sewer, and cable. There is a dog park and walking trails for use on the grounds. Additionally, there is a playground and swimming pool (summer months). Restrooms seem to be kept very clean. The camp site was easy to get in and out of and it was relatively level. Its all gravel and oak trees. Plenty of shade and overall a great place to get away and relax. Shopping is close if that's your thing, as the Lake of the Ozarks is nearby. I plan on keeping this park on my list of places I will return to.

I LOVE THIS PLACE SO MUCH! I PERMANENTLY STAY HEAR BECAUSE ITS SO PEACEFUL AND QUIET DURING THE WEEK FROM APRIL TO NOVEMBER 1ST! ON THE WEEKENDS DURING THAT TIME PERIOD THE WEEKENDERS COME DOWN, SO NOT AS QUIET, BUT THE OWNERS DON'T APPROVE OF LOUD ABNOXIOUS PARTIES OR TREATING THE PROPERTY BAD! YOU WILL GET KICKED OUT, SO MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW THE WRITTEN PAPER THEY GIVE YOU! HOPE YOU WILL ENJOY THIS AS MUCH AS MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS DO!

It has everything you need but it looks nothing like the pics on their website. It's a tired park with lots of long term tenants. Staff were friendly. Be aware the road getting to this park is narrow and is not big rig friendly. No shoulders. The park is really tight due to all the trees. The sites are roomy. Lots of parks in this area. I'd keep looking.

My review tonight is not necessarily about the campground as much as it is about the owner, Bruce. While passing through town on my Harley Davidson headed to TN from Wyoming, my throttle cable broke leaving me on the side of the road. Bruce pulled over, offered to help, retrieved my trailer from another campground, help me load the bike and delivered us back to the RV, all while trying to refuse any pay for his trouble. This speaks to the owners character. Majestic Oaks only for me now!

Bathroom were cramped and had broken doors. Nice campsites and safe feeling, right next to a gas station if you need stuff, hard to see from the road at night.

Easy access in but Hwy W does have some sharp curves, if your GPS tries to take you on Lakeland or Cotton Rd - don't do it, stay on Hwy W. There is a pothole at the driveway so go slow. Owners are great, they have some basic needs in their store. Large campground with some permanent/seasonal sites but they are kept up very well. Some road noise but minimal. Sites are gravel but level and most are wider than usual, with tress or flower beds in-between them. We had full hook-ups, water pressure was good and there is a picnic table and fire ring. Plenty long enough for our 37-foot RV and tow-dolly WiFi was excellent, could load pictures with ease. Verizon service had only 2 or 3 bars most of the time. There is a nice pool, and a small playground. Laundry room is small but clean, has two of each machine. Bathrooms were very clean. There are nature trails for walking, and a really nice fenced dog park. We stayed July 20-25, 2016 and paid $24.60 a night with our Passport America discount. You are close to the Bagnell Dam and Ozark Lake tourist strip. Not far from Swinging Bridges and Ha Ha Tonka State Parks.

This is a wonderful camp ground and I will go back. The only thing is the small bathroom should be airconditioned because in the summer it is hotter than the sun in them..the people that run this place are exceptionally nice and helpfull. My son and I had to leave early last year because it was way to hot over 4th July week end but while we were there it was great.. I strongly recamend this place..
