From the first night I visited I was tempted to give this place a one star. We were in the middle of watching Ready Player One when a fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the theater. After about 30 minutes of waiting we were told that we would have to come back another day ( it’s an hour drive) to see the rest of the movie. So of course my father and I were both displeased to say the least, especially because there was no fire and no indication of what set off the alarm. So we come back the next day at the time of the next showing of the movie and speak to the manager. She instantly apologized for the inconvenience, let us see the next showing of our movie for free, gave us two movie vouchers, and complimentary concessions (a large soda). She was polite and apologetic throughout the entire process. The excellent customer service combined with an overall clean and comfortable theater led me to make my final rating.

Great movie theater. I came here to see "Star Wars; The Last Jedi", and it was a great experience. The seats were very nice and comfortable, and the screen was quite large. The sound was very good, and so was the picture quality. Good food, but overpriced as expected.

Decent stadium style multiplex nestled in a shopping complex. Friendly customer service corrected our error in online ordering. Great selection of films.

Our number 1 choice for seeing movies in Vermont. Prices are on par with other theaters and they provide an excellent viewing experience.

The volume does tend to be a bit louder than other theaters, but it's very clean compared to other theaters and that's what brings us back.

I love this movie theatre! Comfy seats with lift-up arm rests, high backs, and the ability to recline a bitplus, fresh snacks and nice peopleI often choose to travel further just to be comfy and happy here while watching my movie. :)

Prices are a little up there, but service is phenomenal. They frequently run 3d movies here, but always have the option to see them in 2d for those who don't want that. Always very clean, and the theatres are well looked after.
