I love this store! The clothing I find is great quality! Can't beat the priceespecially on 50% off days!
The person at the register , was checking out about 630p, was amazing!! I would like to of her in the store. Kudos to Jodi, she deserves to be recognized for same!!!
Shopped here for the first time recently (beginning of February 2018). Lots of selection for fairly cheap, like 99 cent hardcover books, 25 cent paperbacks.
However, the "no return" policy is a bit of a turn-off for me; for example, if I purchase something as a gift then find out the intended recepiant already has it, then I'm out of luck.
They are all very nice and have always helped me when I donate items or buy items from them. Their manager Danny has always been great and has helped me by telling me what they take and he has always helped unload my truck when I donate. Again thanks. Pastor Roylee Knowles
Absolutely love this store. Every time I go I find something I didn't know I needed. Great selection, helpful staff and priced right.
5 STARS. Never know what you might find. Always great customer service. ty
I LOVE the Topeka store. There are so many good and clean items. The prices are great.
I have gotten name brands either new or gently used for years now. There is always something new and at huge discounted prices. The main manager is a tad moody, but the stop is still worth your time and $$$.
Some things are way over priced but not everything. Good selection.
Well they get everything they sell donated to them. And my problem is they are overpriced they have a high quality section in front of store and behind jewelry counter. And I feel if it is donated to them why are they selling brand names for $50- $75 jeans. It was a blessing to them to get it donated so the people that donated it I'm sure was hoping to give the customers a blessing too be able to wear brand names since most of the customers are poverty level. Otherwise why the hell would u even have a store like that? What is the purpose? And the purses they are trying to sell knock offs for $50. It's just ridiculous to me. The jewelry is awesome and priced very reasonable. Staff is ok. I am disabled and live on fixed income definitely poverty level. I guess I hoped I would be able to get more nice clothes there to fit my budget than if I go to other department stores. which they do have a clothes selection that is out of this world. But it's the prices u have to be willing to pay. I feel it's no different than any department store I still have the same amount of items I can afford in my cart which isn't much when I go to check out.
Variety of products very reasonably priced.
Can try on clothes before you purchase them. Well organized and clearly marked sections.
Great selection of reasonably priced, quality clothes. Lots of new items added daily. Great store to shop!
The prices are ridiculous. They do not buy any items but price them as though they do. Pricing is extremely inconsistent and Danny is rude as hell. They have some nice items but they aren't serving the community that supports them-the frugal. Its a THRIFT store, it should be affordable. Also in a customer service positiondon't be rude to those who keep your business thriving. You approach us with respect or mind your business.
Terrible service, and appalling treatment. Danny is the manager who is quite mouthy, and unprofessional. He's brave enough to make a comment, but not brave enough to stand there after he makes his rude comment. If you ring the bell they complain like you're not there about the bell being rang. Calling them out on their comments about a bell with a sign that says to ring it will prompt the manager to make his rude comment, then run off. If you contact John Garrison he may return an email, but don't expect a call. The store is dirty, and the items are filthy. Take your money elsewhere. You'll be happier in the end
Large thrift store, like a goodwill, but different. If you like this kind of store it seemed to be a good place.
As a thrift store reselling mostly donated items, this store is reasonably clean and surprisingly well organized, at least when it comes to clothing. The prices seem a bit high, but there are discounts most days that make it more reasonable, if not a bit confusing. Donations help fund Ozanam which helps kids with various difficulties, but honestly the biggest service to the community is in providing a mechanism to redistribute unwanted goods to those who can use them.
Great local trift store. New stuff added all thr time. Buy lots of used clothes there. Great place for slightly worn designer label clothes. Also misc. Other garage sale type items. Great sales on holidaysmemorial day, 4th of july etc.
Has a good variety. Not enough Hawaiian shirts though, and I would like to see some overalls.
