  I called different plumbing companies for quotes and this company had a great price! I spoke with the receptionist whom was very courteous and has great customer service. I explained my issue and she was able to schedule a service technician on the same day which was great ! Especially, when you have an issue that pops up before the holidays and it was hard to find someone for same day services. A service personnel named Angel who arrived on time and who was very professional and very detailed oriented. I explained my issue and he was able to give me several service options. He explained everything in detail to me and even showed me what the issue was. Which was phenomenal because I really wanted to find out the exact issue. I will definitely use your services again in the future if an issue ever arises. I will also recommend your services to everyone! Thanks!

  John was very professional and they have a extremely courteous staff. My gas tankless water heater broke in the middle of the night, so you can imagine how frustrated I was without any hot water the following morning! I called Mainline Plumbing and spoke to Ashley to schedule an appointment, she was very helpful over the phone and sent John out to replaced my old water heater, he was very efficient and had my hot water back on in no time! John did a great job, the price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner with attention to detail. They are a great company and I will definitely be using them again!

  Marc Ginsbourger provided outstanding service from start to finish for the repair of the main water line leaking next to my house. Despite his team being tied up on other jobs the morning I needed a professional, Marc went out of his way to make my situation a priority without hesitation. He arrived within 1.5 hours of making the call, instantly stopped the leak, and provided a timely (and very affordable) repair estimate.
  
  Marc and Chance Maxon arrived the next morning and repaired the leak in less than 2.5 hours, resulting in my water being restored within 24 hours of making the first call.

  Had an amazing experience with Mainline from the 1st call to completion. My pipe was leaking and the guys came out right away and got the job done around our schedule. The technician Stanley was amazing, polite, respectful and clean. I could not have asked for better service.

  Chase did an amazing job checking my house for a Gas Leak and then pin pointing the problem and shutting down the gas to my front lanterns. He was very pleasant and professional ! Highly recommend his services.
