  Good service (Open New Years Day) until this man charged me $25.00 to sweep out the back of a utility van. Think about it, he charged me more for, supposedly, sweeping out the back of this van, than he charged me for the daily rental, of a brand new utility van - that's wrong!  I didn't transport anything in this van that should have made a mess in the van - IMO, just an attempt to charge a customer (almost double) more money than agree too. I offered to make the situation right (meaning I was willing to sweep out the van, if dirty) but,he said he already charged me the fee on my debit card. It was just a standard utility Van; to charge $25.00, over this very small matter, after I took out (probably) unnecessary insurance, and driving the van a total of 6 miles is criminal, IMO. I didn't think of sweeping the back of this van because I really didn't think I transported anything from my apartment that would have made a mess. I told this man, I was taking him to small claims, and Lord willing I will. ( He also sales used cars in his lot, a long with renting U-hauls.
