Very nice rooms with great views. The woman working the front desk on the day we checked out was rude, but the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The only nice thing about this hotel were the House keepers. Courteous, professional. Good customer service skills. They should be working the front desk. My room had some rust. Some cracked tile in the bathroom. Filthy. I counted 6 roaches. I'm a clean person. Why complain. Nothing would be done! In the AM hours I was awoken by some bug on my head. I fell off the bed & nailed my knee on the hard tile floor. Oh, I can go on & on. Won't make a difference. $1,262.00 for 19 days. I feel real foolish. I was waiting for an apartment. Never again.

Very clean, spacious, renovated rooms with all-new appliances. The whole hotel is super clean! Even the cement outside looks like it was power washed. No trash, cigarette butts, etc. AND!

We just got here last night. If we could give less than a star we would. We still have time on our reservation and couldn’t be less satisfied. The tiles on the tub are falling off... both beds have fleas, there was a meeting right outside our door at 8:00 a.m. a group of guys yelling and swearing. THIS PLACE IS NOT WHAT YOU WOULD THINK. The pictures mis represent what it actually is. I will cancel the reservation today and request a refund for the remaining days.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I waited about 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in. There were 3 other people waiting also. When I said I had been waiting for 20 minutes this short, stocky and rude woman came out and said you haven't been waiting 20 minutes I've been watching you on the camera. If she saw me on the camera why didn't she come out sooner? She should not be working in the service industry. Room was fine. A/C was cold. Maintenance man saw us on the sidewalk and asked if everything was ok. He introduced himself and was very nice.

Just checked out after spending 2 nights/3 days during Hurricane Irma. I live locally, in a trailer, under a load of Live Oaks that may have smashed my home so was under mandatory evacuation. I had waited too long to get a room somewhere safe and although it seems insane to stay at a hotel on the Gulf of Mexico, right on top of a boat-filled marina, it still was a good decision. All this is to say that although the power went down Sunday night until Monday night, the staff did everything possible to protect us. There were no amenities during the hurricane, obviously, but staff was polite and helpful. I was able to bring in my 3 dogs without paying anything extra and was never questioned about how many, what size or charged for them. So I had four strong walls, my family in a private room, and a sense of security. Considering there were no housekeeping personnel, the room was very clean (no bugs!) and we were supplied with everything needed (towels, extra bedding, toilet paper and trash bags). The toilets flushed and there was cold water (a bonus since I have a well and would not have had any water during a power failure. It is a lovely place, with a nice restaurant (that wasn’t open) and if possible, I may check in for a mini vacation, one day, when hurricane season has ended.

My daughter and her family came down for the weekend from NY. This place has bed bugs but the staff says its wood chips. There would not be wood chips around if it was not affected with pests like bed bugs, roaches, termites, etc. My family did not unpack their car and were there for less than an hour and they did not receive credit for that night. Go to the Quality Inn North on US 19. The rooms at Quality are clean and pest free and the pool area is beautiful.

This was a last minute decision. We even got a renovated room. From five years ago. The place is not 5⭐. The place is not well kept and the inside and out need attention. The pool was a mess. Even tho they have more than one location this one is not well cared for. Move on down the road. Oh. The free breakfast was a joke. Powdered sugar donuts? Place needed a good cleaning.

Enjoyed our stay. Great staff. Our room overlooked the marina. Great pool and bar and grill.

The staff was great. The room I was in was clean although the carpet should be replaced. The outside could use a good pressure washing. The pool was very relaxing. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Will stay again.

By far one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Cleanliness of the room was well below average. Police are constantly present at this hotel. The continental breakfast is nothing but stale cereal and bagels. Owners have no regards for customer safety. The hotel is riddled with drug addicts and prostitues. The staff is aware and do nothing. Spend the extra money. It's well worth it!

Hotel and staff were good. People who were in the other rooms were acting like trailer trash. Noisy, drunk, fighting.... pretty hard to sleep through.

Overall I was happy with my stay. The location worked well for me. My dog was accepted well. My room was cleaned every day. The room was dated but fulfilled my needs of providing a clean place to bath and sleep. I passed on the breakfast and went to McDonald's instead.
