It took many years in the backyard drinking beer and smoking meat to create and perfect these rubs (ask my ex-wife). We are not BBQ Competition Snobs. We make rubs and spices for people who like bold layers of Spicy, Sweet and Savory flavor on their meat (pun intended). The PIG POWDER, COW COATING and CAJUN BIRD/SWIMMIN STUFF will get your attention. These spices have multiple uses beside BBQ, hit us up to share recipes.
