    Excellent service. Came the same day. Butch was polite and found the problem quickly. When it was tougher to access than he originally thought, he found a way to fix it without having to go through the wall. Well done! Very reasonable pricing. Will definitely use this company again.

    I have used Madison Plumbing for over 17 years, they are always on time,
    they are nice, remove shoes when come in, clean up after themselves,
    but most importantly get the job done!

    I had such a positive experience today with Madison Plumbing! My precious toddler apparently snuck a toy in my toilet and flushed it. We've tried everything and couldn't fix the issue. Shane called us back within 5 minutes of calling dispatch and arrived at my house 15 minutes later. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fixed the toy debacle in 3 minutes flat. The cost was also very reasonable for a Saturday call. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone. Best plumbing experience I've ever had!

    I've had TWO missed appointments now with this lousy company. My home warranty company issued the work order to them and I called to schedule the appointment. Appointment time came and went. With Christmas around the corner, I just let it go and had planned on getting back with them to reschedule.

    However, a few days later, lady called asking if our problem was handled and I told her no considering they missed the appointment. Lady apologized and said she'd schedule me for 12/27 at 8am, first thing in the morning. Time came and went and we didn't hear from them until 4:30pm to reschedule. I wanted to know what happened and lady apologized and said, "Well we didn't hear from you either." I said, "Well didn't realize you needed a reminder to keep an appointment" and I hung up. This is a lousy company, do not do business with them.

    Do your homework, especially by reading the owner's responses to other negative reviews. Like this one, where he/she says, "I'm afraid you might be giving a bad review to the wrong plumbing company because we would never have said or done any of the things you have claimed." Here's another, "You didn't want the plumber until Tuesday after 4:00. How can you leave a one star rating when we haven't even been out to address your problem? If you have an issue please call our office to discuss it with us."

    These are red flags - accuse the reviewer of not even reviewing the right company or not even understanding customer service can be reviewed as well. Glad I'm pulling the warranty and moving on to another company. You should do the same!

    David Frensley came to our house on a Saturday he was contracted from whirlpool to verify our water heater blew up, and it wasn't our fault. He was very polite, sympathetic and stayed longer than he had to. He went above and beyond to try to help us, get a water heater replacement. He even spoke to Lowes and whirlpool in front of us to try to get our water heater Saturday night. He complained to them when they said we had to wait until Monday to get the replacement. He worked fast and took care of getting the information needed to get water heater replacement. I'd recommend David at Madison plumbing to anyone. We are very thankful🙂! Lewis family

    Called for a plumber to come to my home and check a toilet I believe is leaking somewhere beneath the house. I was told I would receive a truck at my house when they had one become available and that the driver would call 20 minutes prior to his arrival. I made this call at 10-10:30 am and waited at my house and never received a call all day not even to say could they have another day to send someone. Overall the women answering the phone shouldn't give false info.

    Ok, so upon moving into my first house rental I was told that the kitchen sink was having an issue and I was told to call them n set an appointment. Well, I called Wednesday and set an appointment for the following day. I waited n called back twice before closing and twice after closing. I was told that the technician would get back to me. He or she never did. Two weeks later after i complained about bad service someone finally showed up only to tell me that the problem I have needs to be vented through the roof and this needs attention from my realtor to get a quote so the problem can be fixed. At this moment my sink is clogged and it has been since I moved in. The problem gets worse everyday n still no show no call. This is a horrible business. I am unclear how they stay in business. If I was not renting they would never get my business.
