  We think it is a great store. Personal touch. Always willing to help . So sorry that this store is leaving us. Great store! My sisters and I will miss our shopping days at Macy's in Binghamton.

  First, I would like to state to a reviewer, Naim Pali, it sounds like you have a personal vendetta against the "Store Manager". What you wrote is slander and not a reason why our Johnson City Store is closing!
  People are now ordering directly on the web and an overwhelming amount of Macy's Stores are closing. All the employees at our Macy's were fantastic in attitude. When I am trying something on, and want the opinion of a sales employee, she/he is always honest on their opinion. None of us care if you don't like the "Store Manager".
  However, you should take your past grievanes to him, and not make this web site suffer a bad review because of everyone else in our Macy's that did a Superlative Job. Many of these employees are now looking for jobs in an area that is not yet "booming" in diversified opportunities for "sales" jobs. Hopefully, I do see our area looking stronger in the near future, due to local people in our Government striving to bring in great salary jobs. Binghamton University is also a great asset that will prompt us in the right direction!

  Love the store but Oakdale mall selection is getting very limited compared to other Macy's . Disappointing .

  Old and run down. Anything of value is locked down in a particularly messy manner. Doesn't feel very welcoming.

  This is inside Oakdale mall and has good collection. Ample mall parking
