The debit card system was down for a great deal of time on Black Friday. There was no compensation for those of us that had to wait. There was no issue with Macy's cards, but all other cards. There seemed to be no sense of urgency. Very disappointed.
Sheila ar Estee Lauder did a good job, select perfect foundation for my skin. Well done.
Nice variety of formal dresses. Racks well organized. Fitting room pretty clean except one that still had clothes the person didn't want but left behind. Shoe section well organized. One negative review is the woman in fine jewelry had no idea of the difference of sterling silver and the karat rating for gold. She boldly stayed that 24 karat was the same as sterling silver. She needs some training if she's going to stay in high end jewelry.
Ishmeil was the best! I couldn't have asked for a better sales person and his customer service was excellent!! He first represents himself with class and his professionalism is an asset to your Macy's retail stores.

It's always nice to shop at Macys. I went to purchase cosmetics. Often times, they are out of what I use, but today, they were able to locate one of each of the brand that I wanted. The associates are friendly in the cosmetic area.
The clothes were neatly displayed and the selections were nice. But what really made the visit was the service associate. She greeted us with a friendly warm smile. Inquired about of we had found everything and reminded me to use my Plenti card. A lovely, professional lady that added a very pleasant plus to our visit. Ticket #R7164752002114847104
The rest of the mall smells like rotten garbage, but the Macy's smells fine. The women here are very helpful and the lines are only long during the Holiday season. The selection of women's clothes at this store is average. I support my neighborhood store and I wish more African Americans did so too.
You feel like going to some junk yard. Very old and crappy store. Less collections and not do great place.
It was June 1st and they don't sell bathing suits in this mostly African American neighborhood. I get they may not sell many during the summer. But really? Are they saying all black people in that area probably will never go on vacation to the beach and will never need a bathing suit? Wake up Macy's, hard working black people do go on vacation and a few of us do swim.
Worst location by far, the staff is everybody rude and not helpful in a way that feels racially biased. They have the worst selection of all the other stores by far and the store smells awful
