A very rude condensending dark haired man working at the Lego shop in the Mackinaw Crossroads shopping district needs a class on customer service as well as some reflecting of what it means to be a good human being. I made a complaint with the property manager Sarah who stated she has had complaints on h before. Really? Then why is he still there? He made it crystal clear by his words and actions that he does not like people or his job. I spent a lot of money in the city this weekend. Thanks for letting this man continue to represent your city and ruin my experience. Please let him know that I DO know how to read and that I was Smart enough to graduate with Registered Nurse degree. I expect to be treated like nothing more than a "pillow fluffer" at work however, not while I am taking a vacation from saving lives.
