  Josh, owner of Mac's Carpet Care, is a super pleasant person with a rare work ethic. He knows how to communicate. Doesn't mind questions and goes the extra mile. Used a 5 step prosses making it the most thorough cleaning we've ever had. Vacuum, spray, soft buff, hand rake, recheck/redo any trouble areas. The process took 2+ hours. Previous companies have been in and out in 45 plus minutes with nominal results. Mac's is now on my permanent list of vendors for our home.

  Mac’s Carpet Care saved the day! We had an emergency last night and posted a request for a carpet cleaner. Not only did he respond past midnight, but he was able to clean it in less. He was very nice and understanding. We are even considering him for a regular clean of our carpet. Great services for an even greater price!

  Joshua responded at midnight and arrived at our apartment in less than 12 hours. The best service I could have imagined. our carpet and furniture is absolutely spotless, and it was well damaged. amazing work from Mac's Carpet Care; cannot reccomend highly enough!

  Josh was FABULOUS! We highly recommend Mac’s Carpet Cleaning. He was professional, prompt, very fairly priced and the carpets look SO much better than we thought they could. Five stars all the way!
