This is my 2nd purchase from MK Smith and salesperson Stacey Werner in three years. Stacey is professional, friendly and asks all the right questions to make sure that we are in the right car for our family. She goes the extra mile to make sure all questions are answered and any concerns allayed. I could not more proudly recommend Stacey and MK Smith Chevrolet.

I would like to let your dealership know what a great experience I had. Dorian Williams was a great representative for not only M K Smith, but for Chevrolet! I have purchased 12 cars in my lifetime, and I have dreaded each one. This last one was going to be no different. I had done my homework, and shopped a little before speaking with Dorian by email, then text and then in person. Dorian was patient to say the least! He was funny, and always respectful. He not only went out of his dealing by text and email, but also delivered the car! I will be a loyal shopper at whichever Chevy dealer Dorian will be employed with. Thank you Dorian Williams!

Well at first wasn't pleased at all! But now I love my truck! They made everything right! I wish I could remember the sales Mgr. Name, he came thru just as he promised! Plus the the service Mgr. went out of his way to make me happy!

I bought a vehicle from M.K Smith two years ago and I also purchased an extended warranty that was offered for the wheels and tires. In the month of September I took my vehicle in because of a recall and I also mentioned that my wheels caps where missing so they could be replaced because they are under warranty. The service technicians advised me that they would reach me ASAP when they find the wheel caps. It has been almost a month and I haven’t received any notice of the wheel caps. I also explained that a sound/noise would be made when the acceleration on the vehicle is applied. They advised me that a check up was done and nothing was found. This is the second time I went to get this problem resolved and I still hear the noise when the acceleration is applied on the vehicle. I expect for something to be done and due to my experience I am very unsatisfied.

I go in for an oil change to be told that a motor mount is about to give out and urgent that I change it. I agree and have them change my motor mount for about $450.00 dollars. The car stays the weekend and Monday I receive a call that my car is ready. I am unable to pick it up to I send my 7 month pregnant wife with my 2 year old. She takes the car home to tell me that car feels broken. I drive it just to hear an awful engine rocking noise and awful driving experience. Did they not test drive it? Anyone would have felt the car broken. Plus there was grease on the bottom of the driver panel and the weather strip was ripped. I took it back the following day to later receive another call that a second motor mount completely broke. WHAT? How is that possible when I had no issues to begin with, and to be told that the weather strip was already ripped due to normal wear and tear and they would clean out the grease? Leaving me with no options I agree to change the second motor mount for $250 as I had already paid $371 just for labor. The following day I receive a call that my car is ready. Was the car tested? I asked. "No, she responded" she was going to have the shop manager test drive it. WHY WASN'T THIS DONE ALREADY? At this point I am over this experience and regret ever taking my vehicle to this place. Now the rocking sound is gone, however the shocks need to be replaced. I left having to now deal with shocks and a ripped weather strip. I would rate this place NEGATIVE and disappointing as to why they would let my pregnant wife with my 2 year old leave the lot with a broken car to begin with.

Edwin was GREAT! Previously me and my extended family had been using a sales person from Mountain View Chevrolet. We had purchased more than 10 cars from him over the past 15 years. I had considered him almost family. However, when I was going to purchase my new car he used all of the old car sales man lines and tried to sell me a lower model with a payment more that $200 higher than what Edwin was able to get me. I am done with Mountain View Chevrolet. Edwin will get all my referrals from here out!! Thanks Edwin!!!

Purchasing a car from MK Smith is easy and the staff is very friendly. My salesman, Kevon, was extremely helpful and so personable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and never once made me feel rushed. He is a great asset to the MK Smith company. I would, definitely, but from MK Smith again and recommend Kevon.

Very friendly and down to earth salesmen like Cruz Delgadillo and David Williamson. Not to mention Joseph Mauro, Finance Director who works with you to get the best deal. Can't wait to drive away in my new Chevy Impala sedan!

These guys are awesome! Rob in service knows how to take care of his customers. Been having brake problems for years; they took care of it in less than a day, and to my surprise it did not cost that much at all. Thanks!

You know, I wasn't going to write anything, but after seeing the negative comments I couldn't help but think that comments from a troll.
A one sided comment but no history of the issue stated.
I've had two of my cars serviced here over the last few years and each time I have been totally satisfied!
I will qualify that statement as significant due to the fact I am in the racing industry as a manufacturer and race team owner
with several national and international Championships to our credit.
I know good service and vehicle care when I see it.
