The team is knowledgeable, forthcoming, polite and pleasant to work with. Stephen Jolly made sure we had all our questions answered prior to arriving as he knew we were driving a long distance. We knew what we wanted and Stephen confirmed they had it and then some. He was so respectful of our time which we appreciated. We felt welcomed when we arrived and throughout the purchase process. And after. Stephen knows his Mini Coopers and helped teach us things we did not know. We are solidly in the Mini Cooper family with two.

Love this place! Always outstanding service! Everybody is always super friendly, and they do every thing they can to help! Dion in service is awesome, and if you are looking to buy... Ask FOR VAL! Trust me on this.

Stephen Jolly was my salesperson. It's obvious that Stephen is a real Mini enthusiast. One look around his office confirms his long standing love affair with Mini's. He is more than willing to go the extra mile to make a sale and get his customer the best deal. Thank you Stephen.

One of my worst car buy experiences due to our Sales associate Tony. He was disrespectful and rude to my wife after we purchased a vehicle. After confronting the manger of our situation she too was very rude. Tom Williams is a great place to buy a vehicle. STAY AWAY from MINI dealership!

I live in Memphis but ended up buying a Mini from Birmingham because they had the exact model I wanted. It was a very pleasant experience although I never met any of their agents. They have the most informative website among all the dealerships in my area (Memphis, Nashville, Little Rock and St. Louis) with very detailed features and pictures (>20/car on average) of every vehicle in their inventory. The online live chat was also very responsive every time I had a question. The agent I worked with (Valerie) was very kind and patient, always giving me options but never pressing me on making a purchase. At the end they hired two retired gentlemen to drive the car to me and absorbed half of the cost. They got themselves a very happy customer here :)

I highly recommend Mini of Birmingham. Stephen Jolly is very knowledgeable about the Mini's and he drives them himself.
Roosevelt was very kind and helpful with the paper work. This is our second Mini from MOB and we are very satisfied.
We special ordered our Clubman and it was better than we expected.
We have had all our maintenance work done on our other Mini with them and the service department has been great.

Service started out great, but got horrible in a hurry!

We just bought my wife a 2014 CPO Countryman on Saturday. We drove from south GA to buy the car (about 5-1/2 hours one way). Everything was awesome with the car, but after the paperwork was finished and the car was cleaned, I noticed a dent in the driver's side rear door trim. I mentioned it to the sales guy, but he dismissed it quickly and changed the subject. I just wrote it off as me not inspecting it good enough before making the deal.

The drive home was good with zero problems mechanically.

Monday, my wife and I both got a call from the salesman. Apparently, they left out a piece of the paperwork that we needed to sign and email back to them. I told him to send it to me and I'd look at it. Well, he sent it to my wife. She forwarded it to me and it turned out to be a Damage Disclosure. It stated that there was hail damage to the car, which was fixed, and also stated that it was disclosed to us before we discussed the price.

We did not sign the paper because it was a lie. Not once were we told of hail damage at any point before this email. I've talked to both the salesman and the GM, both of which have assured me that it's just a technicality and that there were over 900 cars damaged in the hail storm and all were "fixed" via paintless repair...

We've gotten MINI Corporate involved, so we're waiting to hear back from them before we move forward in any way.

Great car! Great people! I'm a single dad of an amazing , and very active, teenage daughter! Our schedule is crazy at times! They were more than willing to work around our busy schedule. I would definitely do business with them again! And my daughter loves her mini !!

Never been so welcome in a service department, Dion was so interested and cooperative with my issue.
Knowing that mini cooper's are a piece of poop (2006-2010), That has a bunch of issues with the engine, like melted cilyniods and valves, broken time chains, with no warning signs from the computer (engine light).
Any way so it is what it is, but this guy had a car ready for me as a loan to help me in my daily commute.
So the car got fixed, they only took them 2 weeks to replace what it was broken ad
Pay the price of having a mini Copper.
    But great customer service.

Service writer was very nice and above all, was very knowledgeable about the MINI vehicle. I had some questions and without hesitation he answered each one. This was my first scheduled service and the total experience was very pleasant.

Mini Cooper sales and service have met and exceeded my expectations! Pierre is a wonderful motoring advisor (sales) and my service advisor Dion is super knowledgable and nice. This is the first car I have had that I actually enjoy putting miles on! I recommend MINI of Birmingham and the MINI brand. It is an amazing car with an amazing following. The owners of Mini/MINI Coopers are some of the friendliest people I have met and go out of their way to help other motorists. MINI isn't just a car it a family and I am proud to be apart of the family!

    Motor on!

First of all, I'd like to say that I had the most pleasant car purchasing experience EVER at Mini Birmingham. My saleswoman was Valerie & she was very knowledgeable, patient and determined to help me find the perfect car to match my personality & price point. She only showed me cars that I was interested in, and made sure that my transition out of my "old new car" (that I disliked & was unhappy with) into my new Mini Cooper S Hardtop 4 door (that I'm completely OBSESSED with) was as smooth & quick as possible. I will be sure to refer your services to friends, family & coworkers. Thank you so much for everything! You really left a lasting impression.
