Amazing Green Day show. Never was a fan but my girlfriend wanted to go. Definitely a fan now. The place is huge, plenty of room for the giant turnout. Would and will absolutely come here again. Ticket prices aren't bad if you get the online also. Definitely pay attention to where you park though, little tough finding your way back lol

Everything was organized and controlled. The lines were fast moving. Staff is attentive and very helpful! A kind employee loaned me some sunscreen when I'd forgotten my own. Checked bags and small cameras were allowed which was pleasantly surprising! I'd definitely come to this venue again. I had a very good experience.

Cool concert venue concept with poor customer service. There are many misinformed and somewhat aggressive employees who make concerts there a hassle. They will deny access to VIP entrance despite having VIP passes. Yet, others employees that are afraid to tell people no, so they let that "drunken belligerent guy" pass without issue . It has been improving however. Also DOUBLE CHECK start time with the bands themselves. Tickets have been wrong and caused us to miss the opening bands. No one from upper management will return calls regarding any issue. One shining star is their customer service cabana that has ear plugs, sunscreen, and all sorts of helpful things for free. The people there are great! And of course the bartenders are pretty awesome too!

This is a great place for fun concerts if they put the cameras up on the screen. Ive been to dozens of concerts there, most of which were displayed but when they aren't it realllly sucks especially for those in lawn seats. But if everything goes well, great concert hall.

The amphitheater is great to have concerts there. My wife and I have attended many live concerts at MidFlorida Crédit Union Amphitheater, from rock bands to R&B to country music. I think the sound is good for concerts. There are seats and lawn for relaxation. There are stands for food and drinks, they definitely have different varieties of beers and mixed drinks to serve. We always have fun there.

Called Live Nation today about Depeche Mode concert on Wednesday Sept 13th to see if will be cancelled. No answer to my question. The US Government and the Governor of Florida have declared a state of emergency for ALL of Florida. Live Nation seems not to agree. This is an outdoor venue during a hurricane. My hotel and airline have sent me messages about issuing a credit for use at another time. There is a shortage of gas and water all through the state (I live in Pensacola). This will be the largest storm to hit Florida on record. Live Nation needs to be more concerned about its patrons and being a responsible company at a time of crisis and cancel/reschedule the show. Even if the show can go on, how is the band going to move its equipment to the next show (traffic and fuel issues)

I attended the Dierks Bentley concert on June 16, 2017. During the show, I went to get beverages for myself and friends I had with me. Upon trying to return to my seat I was blocked and told I could not sit down. This lasted for about 30min. 30min of a show lasting 1 1/2 hr, is a considerable chunk of the show I paid for and was not allowed to see.
I was left holding three beers which, in the Florida June heat, were warm by the time I was able to sit down.
As I understand an $80 "seat license", as long as I am not causing problems or vandalizing the venue, I have the right to come and go to that seat as I see fit.
I have been to many shows at the Amp, but have never had this happen. I have also tried to email the venue with no response at all, hence this review. If someone would like to contact me it would be appreciated and I would be more than happy to revisit the review.

Other than the heat from being outside, the venue was excellent. And the concert was out of sight. All the venue personal were polite and knowledgeable. My buddy and I asked several questions during the night of different people and always got an informed answer.

Been to so many concerts here in the past year alone, always top performers! This is an outdoor venue with mostly covered seating in front of lawn seating, and not a bad seat in the house. There are plenty of walk up options for food & drink and full bar and beer stands. Could use more restrooms.

Great concert venue! Drinks normally priced, no lines, totally great experience. However, leaving the parking lot leaves so much to be desired! There has to be a better way to manage large crowds trying to exit!

Fairly good. The beverage prices were absolutely ridiculously expensive. I dont go to many venues, so having to pay 15 dollars for a large beer put me off. I will most likely be prepared not to buy drinks at the venue if I ever go to another concert there. Perhaps, if prices were cheaper more sales would happen. Or perhaps you discourage alcohol with these prices. The seats were nice, the sound was great. The amount concert staff was reassuring. Although, there was a bottle neck waiting to go through security. Perhaps more metal wands operating to get people through security.

We went to the Bedingfield, O.A.R, Train concert on May 26, 2017. Good performances and good audio. Yes, it was loud but you could hear the lyrics clearly. I highly recommend going to a Train show if you can. Finding the venue was easy as was finding a place to park for free. The walk from the parking area to the Amphitheatre was not that far despite what some reviewers have said. Unless you are physically challenged in some way, you will not have a problem. Security is tight and that's a good thing. You will be required to empty your pockets and go through a metal detector prior to entering the Amphitheatre. You will also have to present your ticket to security personnel when you enter and reenter your seating area. This doesn't entirely stop seat-creepers, but it cuts it down to a bare minimum. As others have stated, there really isn't a bad seat in the house as long as everyone is seatedwhich isn't very often. And this brings up my primary complaint. People. If you don't like rubbing elbows and more with a lot of drunk inconsiderate people who couldn't care less about your personal space or concert experience, you need to go elsewhere. Be prepared not to see anything except the backsides of the people in front of you unless you are tall (I am) and standing up (Sorry, I had to). Be prepared for a constant parade of drunk people in your row and the rows in front of you as they come and go to get more booze and go to the bathroom. We had very good seats in Orchestra 1 and, much of the time, couldn't see at all or had just a limited view of the performers or were distracted by all the drama around us. If you plan to be drunk, of course, then none of this will probably bother you. The food and drinks are criminally expensive even if that is considered "normal" for this type of venue. Unless you are flush with cash, eat and drink a lot before you get there. A single liter of water is $7.50 and the servers even want a tip just for giving it to you. Bottom linewould I go to another concert here? Only if I could afford to buy a ticket that would give me an unobstructed view of the stage and some isolation from the drunken idiots. I think I now know where those seats may be and, no, I'm not telling.

Lots of parking though you do have to walk a little ways and it's easy to get lost trying to find your car at night (there are lettered signs though). Prices were pretty high. $13 for one shot was outrageous. The food wasn't quite as bad as that.

Seats were ok and theater itself was mostly covered (it rained and, even sitting further in I got misted). Sound and lights were amazing! All in all, it was pretty good, but you have to spend a lot.
