I have been using the services with MBA for roughly five years and plan to continue to do so, everyone is helpful and personable, they charge a bit more than the Post Office but for that charge they actually take the time to make sure forms are filled out correctly and legibly. (I need that)

Also the wait time is significantly less than the Post Office, they have a great assortment of greeting cards and always have the supplies I need.

Additionally they document all my purchases on their system, which I have had to have them pull up and print past receipts on a couple of occasions.

I give them an extra 5 STAR'S.

We have been post box and mailing customers for three years and we know and trust the staff at MBA like family. They are always responsive, handle sensitive mail situations, keep track of where we have mailed packages and offer multiple services. They even re-boxed a package to save me money. Worth the extra money to have it done right.

I had a priority flat rate box and instead of saying right off they don't honor USPS priority rates after 15 minutes waiting my turn.. The flat rate is 18.50 their cost 26.75. It wasn't worth time to go elsewhere. It's called courtesy and she didn't offer any I won't go there again.

I have been to MBA several times. I have always been greeted and treated with kindness and respect. The employees have great personalities and are also very professional. I especially love Kathy and Linda. I will always recommend MBA for any postal needs and more!

If you are going here to pay a bill make sure you call ahead of time to ask about availability as the hours of operation that are stated online do not match the hours bill pay is available. I've used them on multiple occasions and EVERY time I have come in the women behind the counter act like you are bothering them and they lack customer service. It really isn't that hard to smile and be helpful but they act like it's painful. I only go here if it's absolutely necessary because of how rude the service is.

I have been using MBA services for over 10 year for business and personal reasons and would always recommend them to anyone. The organization and layout makes it easy to find what you're looking for. If you need to pay your utility bills, there is a register dedicated to that with a large sign when you walk in where to stand in line. The employees are always professional with a friendly attitude. I love walking into a business and hear the employees smile and laugh, which I saw in Mandy. She was helpful, considerate, not pushy (hate pushy employees), didn't mind my walking around at my leisure and made sure to let me know if I needed any help just to let her know. Mandy and the rest of the staff, having to deal with nasty people with the attitude "the customer is always right" when they are not, deserve more than an "attagirl"!
