MAPFRE is the worst company to deal with 2 months as a turn around period for an accident is ridiculous. Customer service by the insurance writers is horrible. I don't understand how is it that you can hit a parked vehicle and then when someone files a claim for their property they are being insulted and treated as if they are asking for a favor when their customer hit my vehicle. Every time I call someone no one ever knows or I will get a call back. I'm still waiting.
