Do NOT bring your phone's to these people they will take your money, they will not warranty their work Pawn everything off on the phone manufacturer tell you there's nothing they can do these people are Crooks and I do not recommend them!

Always willing to help in any way they can. Even if they don't have a product they will order it in. Their staff is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I hired Lynn's Audio to come into my new home and wire all of the low voltage wiring for my home network and my audio and video throughout my house. From the start to the finish, I was treated respectfully and given sound choices to choose from. I was surprised that I wasn't pressured into the most expensive equipment with a story about the biggest and the best. Instead, I was shown all of the options and then given the pros and cons of each. When I made my selection on equipment there was no additional pressure for an up-sale.
During the construction process, I dealt with Travis, their Installation manager, who was always willing to answer my texts and calls promptly to answer my question. If I called and asked for something to be moved or repositioned, he promptly would send someone out to address it.
After the home was complete, I met several of the techs that came out to my home and helped setup my Bose system and the various Bose Sound Bars throughout my house. They were all very helpful and willing to spend the time to help us understand our system.
From the start to the finish of the whole process I did not have any negative experiences with any of the Lynn's Audio employees or their services. I still have had to contact them with a few questions about the use of the equipment and they have all been very helpful.report this review -

Lynn's Audio has been fantastic to work with. They wired all of the network and audio / video equipment for our new house. They were very easy to work with and did a fantastic job. ALL of their employees were VERY friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. In fact, one of them even saw my husband carrying several heavy boxes into my house and set down his tools and ran out and helped my husband carry the remaining boxes into our house.
I would highly recommend Lynn's to anyone that is looking for professional installation and excellent customer service.report this review -

I brought in my Moto X Pure to be fixed. I was told Motorola parts were not kept in stock and it would take 5 business days for them to get in. That was no problem and I waited for them to get in touch with me. After waiting over 7 business days I called in and was told the parts had already been in for a couple days. No matter, I took my phone in and was told to come back in an hour and a half. I returned a couple hours later near closing time for them and it appeared the problem with my screen was fixed. I was alone with my toddler who was hungry and tired so I hurried home, once there I took the plastic film and case off my screen to find my phone had not been put back together properly. I returned the first thing next day, where the technician was apologetic and put the missing pieces back in quickly within 20 mins. I was given free drink vouchers for the cute food truck out front. Over all it was not the best service but my phone is working great and my issues were resolved.

I've been hearing a lot of positivity about the employees here and about the service given. I rate full stars because all that I heard was true. I was treated kindly and welcomed quickly. My problem (iPhone 6 battery needed replacing) was resolved faster than the time they said it would take (20 minutes). They were professional and shared information with me to help me keep my battery life higher for a longer time and before I left they assured me repeatedly of the warranty time that I could return my phone to them to be fixed if it has a problem again within the specified amount of days. Very willing to help and very kind, I will return there for future problems and I suggest others go there, as well. (Also, the store was very orderly and clean and had a nice smell to it. I left happy.) ^_^

I took my android in, hoping they could do something. My phone wouldn't respond at all, wouldn't even turn on. I had no idea where to start. I took my phone in and told them the problem. They were a bit busy, so it took a little while for the tech to get to me, but he took the phone back and brought it back a few minutes later, good as new! I was so happy that I wouldn't have to buy a new one!! The best part is that they didn't even charge me! I will definitely be a return customer. Thanks guys!

Ryan is awesome we have had them fix our phones a lot over the last couple years. Great prices, great service! Today I went in to get a new speaker iPhone SE they just repaired my current one free of charge. They could have charged me $50 I have never known the difference. I'm so impressed with these guys!!

I got an old turntable from my grandfather that is probably 50 years old. I took it in and was given a ton of good information from the owner Brett about what I needed to get into vinyl records. He was really helpful in suggesting a pair of powered speakers that were at a great price. We hooked up my turntable to them in the store so I could hear how they sounded. Now I use these speakers every single day hooking them up to my TV and turntable. These speakers are without a doubt the best electronics/entertainment purchase I've made this year. Lynn's also helped me get a wall mount for my small/medium size TV. I needed to mount the TV to make room for the record player and speakers. The people at Lynn's are all around friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I imagine they've been around for decades because they put developing a trusting relationship with their customers over turning a quick buck.

Ryan was completely fantastic!!!!!! I dropped my phone in water and thought it was DONE FOR and he fixed it within the hour I Completely recommend Ryan for fixing any issues you may have with mobile devices.

Throughout the last 7 years my wife and I have purchased anything from tvs to home surround and have always had the best results in quality, long lasting products. When you are in need of great prices and want something that will last stop by Lynn's and they will take care of you. Great people!! Great business!! Wouldn't shop anywhere else. Thank you Bret and Travis for fabulous entertainment we have in our home and for taking care of any issues we have had with product.
