We booked Lynn Ann's based on the information on the website. There is no privacy at all. Campsites are right on top of each other. In addition, we had trouble on the way there, blew a tire which ripped out the floor of our camper. To minimize walking on it we set up a tent on our site for our kids to use in addition to the compromised camper. We then received a call at dinner that one of the units would need to be removed per their policy of one unit per site. Even after explaining the situation, Lynn Ann's refused to make any exceptions. Finally I asked if we could leave but since I had paid in full they would offer no refund unless the site was booked for the rest of our time. We were pretty bummed about our camper being wrecked and were looking for some kindness. It is really unfortunate that they could not work with us in some way. We spent the week very carefully stepping in and out of our camper to avoid the holes in the floor and listening to our neighbors conversations because we were all right on top of each other. It was our worst camping experience ever.
It's always a pleasure to stay at Lynn Ann's. The campground is beautiful and very well maintained! The beach and the lake are great and the staff couldn't be nicer!
My boyfriend and I rented a lot here to tent a couple weeks ago. We paid up front over the phone and got an email the day before we arrived that our lot got switched. That's not a big deal, but we did get charged for the full lot (water, electricity and cable) even though we were in a 2 person, 5ft tent. It was only a couple $ more so I didn't notice it until a week later. We would have been happier camping there if they had a primitive lot rate for tents who don't use the other utilities, but we understand that tents aren't their main business obviously.
The staff was ALL extremely friendly the entire stay and their property by the lake is gorgeous. They keep it clean and managed. Although we didn't use the convenient store much, besides for morning coffee, we did notice that they had A LOT of snacks, food, camping equipment etc. for purchase.
Ourselves and family, ended up renting a pontoon boat a couple days later from them. The day was a little chilly, so even though we had the boat for 12 hours, we only used it for about 5. When we came back in, they helped us dock and waived our gas charges since we didn't use the whole day.
Very nice camp ground, right on Big St. Germain lake. Lots to do if you love the outdoors. Lot's of things to rent, reasonable prices for the recreational items. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Met some great people who camp here every year, some for as long as 50 years. We will definitely go back!
Ask specific questions about the site, we got a crappy one. Kids were out of control due to the parents being seasonal campers, and we were by the playground and game room and there was no quietness. Check campsites for glass and other debris. Everything costs money there to rent. The boats are well maintained tho. The owners seem nice, but the place needs some serious upgrades. We won't camp there again.
Great family campground. Good amenities. Boat launch, gas and bait, piers in a protected lagoon. Small game room with a few video games, pool table, and foosball. Basketball hoop and sand volley ball. Very clean restrooms and shower house.
Nice place but the owner is known to be be rude

Great family campground. Very friendly hard working owners and employees. Pride is evident on property.
