It was difficult figuring out an estimate that would work best for my budget. I did several estimates through the online portal until I found one that I was comfortable with. But apparently the wrong estimate was selected.. I wish that I could have spoken to someone about what to expect before the service was provided. I was really surprised when I saw how much it was. Also they did not give me an invoice. It was deducted out of my account without warning and I received a receipt in my email. Just something to be aware of. I did not like how disconnect it was.. very digital with little contact.The staff was nice and they did a good job but it was very expensive for the service that was provided.

The team at Lynchburg Cleaning communicated in just the right amount of ways and times. The quoting and booking process was super easy and resulted in a clear price and services available with easily understandable next steps. After booking and scheduling, the crew arrived on-time. They were very friendly and professional, provided all supplies and worked around my working from home well. My old porcelain tub has never been so clean in all the day's I've lived at my house. That alone, along with the attention and care to the cleaning solutions used, as well as the condition of my home after they left were excellent. We are excited, after our deep clean, to continue working with Lynchburg Organic!
