Very difficult to work with both times I have tried to get scrubs there. They don’t have common sizes and it’s very hard to return items to them especially if they were ordered online. Would recommend going somewhere else for scrubs
DO NOT ORDER- i returned pants and they did not send me my exchange. The steal money and wont return emails and wont answer phone. Sketchy and unprofessional
The last 2 times I was at Lydia's, I had wonderful customer service! Their sales are great and match the catalog prices. Online ordering while in-store is also very easy since they don't carry all of the colors.
Had an interview today at 1, went to the door and there was a sign saying the business was closed for the day. No one contacted me to reschedule the interview either. I called the Human Services Department and the lady had no idea, said she would call me back. I just find this to be SO unprofessional. I don't want to work for a company that can't communicate with possible future employees anyways. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. Seeing the other ratings for this company makes me not want to be a candidate for a job here. What a waste of time!!! Get it together!!!
It sounds like I'm not the only one with the same issue! This place has lost my business! I ordered $104 pair of shoes and after waiting for three weeks I called to see what the hold up was. They couldn't find my order and then told me that the shoes were on back order for another two weeks!! I told the manager that I could have gotten the shoes cheaper and sooner off of Amazon and she told me that it's not her problem, it's the manufacturer problem! Well it is your problem because I bought them from you! If you waited at a Dr office or ER for four hours without anyone telling you what's going on you would be frustrated, it's called customer service and I suggest you learn it or get out of the business. Now I get to spend my Saturday morning driving thirty minutes to get reimbursed! Such a joke and a dump of a store. And please comment on this with some more of your excuses, I would love to hear them at this point.
Nice scrubs at a good price. However, I am very displeased with the customer service. I called and left a message, then sent an email. After 48 hours without a reply, I called and waited on hold for over 10 minutes. I stated my request to speak to a supervisor about the lack of response to my attempts to get an answer to my questions. I was assured a supervisor would call me back later that day or "in the morning at the latest." It has been 30+ hours, and no call. Lydia's has lost a customer.
I've worked with the staff at Lydia's for over a year now and they've been nothing but fabulous. Trying to get our local hospital on board with them as it's simply been the easiest to order from online, where we are a small town with not to many scrub shops here...

Was just in the store to purchase my scrubs. They were very helpful and they expedited my visit. They have so many brands to choose from at a great price. They always have a variety of sizes too.
I ordered scrubs over a month ago and haven't received them yet. I contacted headquarters they said after I made my purchase it was processing. It's been processing for over e weeks! They said as soon as it's done it will be shipped withing a few days then I'll receive it. I tried contacting them again to stop this order I am fed up w the wait. I will never order from them again. It's been a nightmare trying to get work clothes from this company.
My friend told me that this website had nice discounts every now and then on certain brands of uniforms and a good variety of selections of scrubs. I ended up buying some because they were more affordable than other websites. However, it's been two weeks since my first order and it has not even shipped yet. I tried calling customer service and no one answers. My phone was at 98% battery when I called and by the time I gave up it was 62% because no one answered in within an hour. It's such a nice website but the customer service is very much opposite.
